HK frowns upon guys take videos or pics of their strippers or lesbian shows. Cameras on the ceiling will catch the pervs and send a security goon over to politely request you delete the pics.

However guys are allowed to take pics of the chicas they sit with, or take selfies with them if they don't object. If you are buying fichas, the girls should allow pictures. If the are hesitant, a $ propina into their boobs will usually buy their approval.

HK photographers used to come around selling pics, bros with girls, for $5 with prints to take home. They are not selling many pics now a day. The bros can give the cam to the meseros to take pics and tip them $1. Especially at the Christmas or New year parties, guys will take a lot of pictures with the chicas. Take a few for souvenir, bring it home for your wife. Hehe.

What is safe to leave in the hotel room if you are planning on staying multiple nights at Hotel Cascadas? Can you leave a laptop, suitcase, backpack in there? Or should you just assume that all hotel staff will have open access to your room (so don't leave anything at all unless you don't mind losing it).

Not sure about HK's Christmas party. Most likely just a boring weeknight when girls dress up in their stupid red Santa outfits. BTW the hottest HK girls only work weekend after 8 PM and wear very little clothing.

There is a small safe in Cascada's room. You have to leave a $10 deposit at the reception desk for a key. Laptops won't fit in it. More like for wallets, passport, jewelries and cash. I left laptops, cameras and other valuables in the room a few times. Never lost anything.

For your peace of mind you may want to put the laptop and other valuables in a small back pack or briefcase and leave it at the reception counter, or with HK's Customer Service desk.

And I have heard of cases where they will accidently give out keys for a room that is occupied.

I have never had a problem using the in room safe, just not sure if a lap top will fit. I did once leave a pager on the night stand. And it vanished. Who would steal an obsolete pager? Pretty sure they didn't even know what it was. I have never had a problem leaving a backpack with dirty clothes.

When you check in make sure you are getting a room with a safe and they will require av $10 dep0 sit for the safe key.

Can't imagine why anybody would want to insult the US Marines. How unpatriotic! I'm was born in 1958 which was in a very narrow range (of just a couple of years) where even registration at age 18 was suspended. But even though I never served, it doesn't cause me to crap on any branch of the armed forces. I have only respect for members of our armed forces, including my dearly departed Father that earned his purple heart in the big one (WWII).

A baseball cap will cover the high and tight, as to not be singled out as a trophy kill (so to speak). Only active duty are restricted but what happens in Vegas err Tijuana needs to stay in lost wages err Tijuana.

And I always thought that "Squids" was a nickname for members of the Navy, not the Marines.

You can also walk South on Ninos to the Cathedral. There are a bunch of vans and trucks parked on Benito J next to the church, with people who do massages.
