It could also be that they might have quoted more as I am from the Indian subcontinent and that there may be pricing difference for Europeans.

One reason for high quote could be that most of the time I've visited the establishments have been early weeks of the month where one doesn't need to worry about paying bills and rent. I will try once again in July to see whether the pricing has lowered or not.

I had visited some of these EMPs in the past when I had an itch for CIS girls. The cheapest way to do it (not cheap compared to others though), is to go in the morning time when they have a discounted price (300 I believe it was) and secondly, strike a casual conversation with the girls and when the time comes for extras just say you only have a certain amount (usually the girls will agree to 200-300 for HJ with full access, if you say you didn't get any extra cash). Again I have to say it is not cheap but no where near 5000 dhs for HJ.
