What range have others been paying / offering to better quality SA girls recently? (I know YMMV).
Is US $80-120 reasonable or overpaying?

This is overpaying.
Hourly speaking, this is a VERY rough rule of thumb where you can assume a 90% "price acceptance" rate without hassle. Of course you can negotiate to get lower prices. Assuming exchange at 4,000 (it's better, but round numbers make it easier to mentally process.
1. street average - 160,000 COP / $40 USD.
2. apartment average (in call) - 200,000 COP / $50 USD.
3. apartment average (out call) - 280,000 COP / $70 USD.
4. casa average - 100,000 COP /$25 USD in the centro type places, $50 energy, $80 loutron.
5. club average - 300,000 COP / $75 USD (fase2/ isla) - about 1/2 that in the non-fase2 and non-isla places.
6. spa average - 160,000 COP / $40 USD.
7. mansion prices - 200,000 COP-300,00 COP $50-$75.
8. lleras street prices - 200,000 COP / $50 USD.
8. lleras (in a club) prices - 350,000 COP ($90) and up (prices are lower with girls on the street, and higher when they are in the club -- make sure you clarify whether you are talking in dollars or pesos. Girls will say "300" then try to do some dumb shit like say she meant 300 USD).
Again, those are rough, and the exchange rate is better now, so you may see a 20%-ish reduction in the $USD prices if your ATM lets you pull money at the 4,400 range or higher.
Cash: If you have to exchange cash. You can exchange some at the airport. Like others have said, ATM will be better.
SIM card:
There used to be a place similar to a bookstore or something on the second floor that you can get SIM card in the airport . You have to ask because it may not be on display. You can kill sometime while trying to find it but I don't know if it is still there.
Once you are in the city, if it is still early and you want to kill some time. Go to Botero Plaza to sightseeing. There is a WOM store by the white church Veracruz. They usually have staff that can speak English. You can pay 20 mil for 30 days or whatever days you need for less cost, but you need to have your passport with you. This will register your phone in their system so it won't be locked after 30 days. The official stores like this are more like full service and stores of this provider usually are less busy. The other providers often have longer lines I think because they offer more services
There is a cafe that is part of the museum. You can order something and sit on the patio to people watch if you have time to kill.
There are many neighborhood stores that sell SIM. These are like the airport one, and they may be able to help you setup SIM card and put data in your SIM.
Then there are street vendors. Yo can only buy SIM which is normally 5 mil but you can get it for 3 mil in some places. You need to go to GANA to show your phone number and name of the provider to put data on the phone. I think the least expensive plan is 5 mil. GANA is everywhere so you won't miss it.
Pictures:
The for sale sign next to the 000 is the WOM store location. You can see the white Veracruz church to the left.
You can kill more time to have lunch at the restaurant across from the white church. You can see all the actions from the patio, bring your binoculars. This picture is old. It now has a glass walkway.
No matter where you get your SIM make sure you go to the service provider (Claro, etc.) and have it registered properly (if you bought it from a company store they would do that when they first install it) Otherwise that phone will be locked out after 30 days, and the lock is on the IME of the phone, so you will never be able to use it in Colombia again. Happened to me. You may be able to get that lock removed on a subsequent trip, but you can only do that by going back to the original provider, with the phone number, passport, etc. Took me a couple of days.

Is US $80-120 reasonable or overpaying?
It is fine Sean but just at least try to meet without having to mention money. Most I ever paid was $140 for someone who let me go bare. Bring up money if you have to but try not to bring it up.
And meet them in a nice place and dress nicely to project the image of "This is the life you will get if you roll with me. ".
There are a lot of flakes so always have a backup plan. Outside of going bare, which was frequent with me, you will find all in all the WGs are better in bed. So if you are just looking at getting laid, seeking really is not that great.
And even in Colombia, you have to go through a lot of losers before you find a winner. Guys myself included talk way to much about the winners and not enough about the losers.
..Otherwise that phone will be locked out after 30 days,....
I switched and registered with a 2nd provider. The first provider locked my phone in less than 2 weeks, not the 30 days we know. I have to buy another highest cost plan from the 1st provider to get it unlocked. I know this is an exception but it happened to me.

Is US $80-120 reasonable or overpaying?
The hottest ones insist on $120-$200. Pay it or you will not be seeing them. If you do pay it they will usually not be clock watchers and you will have long dates with dinner out and possible overnights with BBFS if they like you. The most I paid was $160 (800m pesos) but that was for around 18 hours of unlimited BBFS.
Is Medellin even worth going to anymore? From all the insane stories of scolp to more thefts and crime I can't for the life of me see any reason anyone goes here anymore. I've heard the chicas are now as entitled as American women and demand like $200 for 90 minutes and they act like divas. I could fuck hotter ones in Spain for that price what the fuck. Plus all of the simps that came here during the pandemic ruined it by sending these girls money and paying ridiculous quotes. Idk man I just don't see any good reasons to go here anymore, there's better and safer places. The only reason was to pay for hot chicks for low prices but even now they are asking for way too much.

I ignored it as I was leaving the country soon, and only when I went back a couple of years later I found that phone was locked for Colombia, but not anywhere else. Not sure how they do that. But I eventually was able to go back to the original SIM carrier and I also had to open the cheapest plan available, and then they unlocked it and properly registered it. I was then able to activate a SIM from another company as I had already purchased that before I found my phone to be locked. So I ended up with 2 active plans.
I purchase a iPhone 11 (cheap) a while back. So I always travel with two phones when visiting foreign countries. I keep the main one at hotel / airbnb (newest iPhone) and just walk around with the 11 (wouldn't care that much if someone steals it) I use google fi esim function and terminate service when I arrive back in the states. Esim saves the hassle in going to a cell store in a foreign country. But yes, make sure your phone is unlock. Also, not sure on android but iPhone can have 2 lines active for the ones that travels with just one phone.

Apartment out call is $150 mil COP (of course this will vary depending on where you source the girl from).
Casas I don't have much experience but I've read there are plenty of Casas in the $50 mil - $70 mil range.
Spa / Mansion / Lleras I'll leave that up to you poblado boys to answer that one since you guys know what you pay.
And exchange rate is currently 4600 (not 4000, I think accuracy should be more important that making your mental math easier for you.
I'm guess I'm back now.
-Gabacho out.

I ended up like you with 2 active plan and they force me to buy 30 days plan to unlock my cell. I also know guys that just switch SIMs without registration without problems. I am avoiding to provide detail like this just to avoid arguments with other members.
Some comments on latest posts about prices and crime. Walking around Parque Lleras last night there seemed to be X100 more tourists than pre-COVID. Top pretty street girls asking $100 and get multiple offers, so they choose who they will go with. Average price can be $50 for lower end.
I can't possibly imagine now one could get robbed in good areas such as Parque Lleras when there are so many people are out. And so much police present.
As far as prices, good building such as Energy are $130 a night and sold out. We have huge inflation all over the world, not just in Colombia. So no it's not much cheaper than Spain anymore, I can see how top shelf girls in Medellin can get $200+. Medellin may have reached a point where is is too popular and has lost its bargain value, this happens in all internet famous destination. Venezuela might be next big thing.
What is the new place New Electro, is it like Gusto or more like Face2?

I'm actually going go back before the summer and I regret not staying longer this pass trip. Just keep your eye on your drinks, or better off. Don't drink around a chica, especially in your airbnb. Build you up a Facebook or a seeking list. I didn't bother with tinder. Yes the scope exist, but is all about how you handle your self around other people. I seen gringos walking out of clubs with two bangers, and I'm like I hope they get both of them in bed and not them fcking him up while he drug up.
I been to Spain (for work but did splurge around) and the rates are better in Medellin. Looks are the same I'll say, but Spain chicas are older then the ones you'll find in Medellin. I also think Colombian woman are more attractive here IMO. They do travel to Spain and other Europe country. Even the USA. But like I said, I think these are the older ones.
I was dropping 150-300 cop range at my airbnb. Mostly 200 cop. In the Casas your under 200 cop unless your going to loutron. Street walkers your drop at most 70 cop which includes the room in centro. Llaures they were mostly quoting 300 but I never brought them back here or never bother since I had so many chicas already in my line up. And they still texting me the one I bang. LOL.
