Portuguese net really needed
The only thing holding me back from going to Rio is that I only speak english.
Can anyone please tell me roughly what percentage of the girls at termas speak english?
I tried learning portuguese, but I just don't have a gift for languages.
(As a side note, I was planning a trip to Sao Paulo but several people told me that the percentage of escorts there who spoke english is almost zero, so I decided not to go.)
It depends which terma. At Centaurus most girls have pretty good command of English. L'uomo has several, as do other termas in the Copa / Ipanema area. Centro: a lot of the girls know only a few words of English. Privates: Pretty much nobody. The escorts on riosexsite_dot_net (replace the _dot_ with a period in your browser; the forum software does not let me write this correctly.) list if they speak English. Places like Balcony: no problem.
BUt I have been coming to Rio for a couple of decades and do not speak porto. Doesn't matter. I don't come to Rio for meaningful conversations, I come for sex. The girls all understand that. And if you have a garota's tongue in your mouth, it's kinda hard to talk anyway. Smiling, laughing, kissing, touching get you much further than the most finely crafted sentence in Portuguese.
And if all else fails, there is always google translate.
Regarding your side note: I find Sampa in general much less conducive to mongering. My advice would be to stick with Rio. Read some of the reports of distinction and follow what those people do, and you will have a great time.
Solteiro no Rio De Janeiro
