Insurance industry here is as bad or worse than the US. You can see a Chinese doctor for 14 rmb. Drugs extra. She will have to guide you. Most doctors speak a little English. I've used the Shanghai medical establishment for 4 years. Not expensive.
I want to buy medical insurance for my favorite Shanghai bar girl. I know about the cheap plans available but want something a little more at western standards. Besides,"run for your life," does anyone have a recomendation.

Are you saying the US has poor medical Industry? Or expensive?
Chinese drugs are inexpensive.
I used to have a condition that requires a prescription.
The drug in US costs $80 per bottle (1 month supply) , I can get 3 bottles for the same price in a Shanghai hospital.
I want to buy medical insurance for my favorite Shanghai bar girl.
Just to confirm: is she a Chinese citizen, or you want Chinese medical insurance for a girl from another country while she is here?
"I want to buy medical insurance for my favorite Shanghai bar girl."
I am more interested about insurance in the event of hospitalization for something serious. I think a western company will charge about $200 a month for this and still not pay out if they can get out of it in any way? What do you who live in Shanghai do for this? Any recomendations.
I agree totally. Once I had three girls together, makes fun, different age but they only talk if not busy on you. Same with two girls one time, even during the action made some conversation, was very interesting. But sometimes also good times. Depends on the girls.
Have fun and take care
The best and worst experiences I have had with 2 girls have been in China and paid for. My advice:
1- Having language skills improves the chances of a good experience, as it does for everything in China.
2. Get to know the girl through several visits first and introduce her to the idea (I had a great repeat girl and said for my be'day I want her friend to join. Fantastic)
3. Do this in a sauna rather than a BBS.
4. Be your own porn movie director. Don't be shy and tell them what and where you want (eg. The girls in 69 while you take one from behind, ask her to lick your balls, etc.)
BBS is almost always going to be a bad experience, so save up and do this at a sauna, preferably wet and wild!

But seriously, kudos to you, it's a sweet and practical idea.

Normally every location I like I have one gem or favorite girl. Become friend and so on. After 3/4 time can start some funny game, and happen every time that if my gem is off and I go there, I follow hers subjection. Like this afternoon.
A great 69 and uncover BJ cim with a sichuan girl gave me from my gem that today is out of shanghai.
By the way for be clear with you all dudes, I am kinda particular, I love BJ. 69 and so on. I m the kinda people that prefer a good BJ than a full service, so my location don't have in normal menu` the FS. Sorry.
But untill now the few time I ve looked for a FS in my location I was never disappointed.
The Rivulet House is one of the massage SPAs in Pudong where you can get a HJ / HE. It is located on Hong Feng lu (opposite to The Flying Fox restobar) , at the corner of Hongfeng Lu and Biyun Lu. There are 7 Spas at the corner of Hongfeng and Biyun road, out of which 5 are legit (Dragon Fly, Green Masage, Shanana Spa, Congen Spa, Bamboo). Remaining 2 are.
A. Oil Massage Spa. HJ / HE (Not sure of the exact name, but it is to the left of The Rivulet House).
Be. The Rivulet House Spa. HJ / HE (My choice).
Both these places are similar (a couple of girls standing on the doorway, wearing skirts / stockings, high heels). They don't wave or call you, but are decent enough to just stand near the doorway. But Oil Massage Spa tries to trick you into becoming a member, so better to avoid that.
I prefer the rivulet house, since the girls are real friendly and once you get a repeat masseuse it is pure bliss, 'cause she knows from the previous visit, exactly how to please you like which are your senstive areas. There are about 15 different types of massages, but always choose the cheapest one 260 RMB for 60 minutes, since every session is eventually going to end in HJ / HE, so no point in opting for the costlier packages.
There are 2 girls at Rivulet whom I always choose, No. 6 (Shishi) and No. 7 (not sure of name). No. 6 is real friendly, beautiful and gives a great professional massage before HJ / HE.
But No. 7 is the best though. Good looking / cute / sexy. First time she let me take her shirt and bra off, on the second visit she took off her panties too, and allowed me to finger her to climax. Tip can be negotiated. She asks for 300 RMB, but you can negotiate to 150 RMB if you sweet talk. It all depends. There is an attached bath in the room, and she would wash you with soap completely after the massage.
Overall a good experience, but for FS you got to take them to the hotel or your home, which I guess would be 400 RMB more.

There is a great variety in the US health system, as I'm sure there is in the Chinese system. In the US most (all?) insurance systems have limits as to what they cover. Nearly everyone will get treated if you go to an emergency room. The line for people with Insurance, is shorter than for those without insurance. A job related injury which is covered by Workers Comprehensive Insurance is very short. These claims are paid promptly. This treatment is some of the highest cost treatment money can buy. The employee can and will hire a lawyer to pursue his case. There are very few loose ends. Regular insurance pays some costs. People with no insurance will be treated but it is usually not the best treatment. The hospital has to treat them, by law. There is a great variety within the health care system in the US. Rural Georgia, Alabama and Texas is poor. Larger cities are much better.
My experience in China is only in Shanghai and I have someone who can research, online, which doctor is working where and when. It's all in Chinese.
