In my experience if Jetstar screw up they give you vouchers for more Jetstar. This can backfire. Haha. At least they try. Go on Facebook and look at some of the complaints from both foreigners and Philippinos for Cebu Pathetic. I will admit I over reacted with my own complaint. (Typhoon was enough of a reason but I did get shafted by both my insurance company and my employer on that one.)

I don't think I will bother with CP again though. Their staff are rude bitches and the company doesn't discipline them.

Another good low cost carrier IMHO is peach airline. But they are Japan based. Only good experiences with them so far.

Does anybody know how cheap some beachfront land is in the Philippines? Preferably with in an hour of a city and has cell coverage, maybe 5-10 acres on or close to the beach. Need to know the cheapest price.

1. First check it out on any of the Philippines advertising sites.

2. Next, prepare to get married to own it.

3. Third, find a good lawyer there.

4. Finally, make sure you have more common sense than money

You also can not own more than 40% of the land, so good luck finding some one you can trust with the 60% they can own a gun and hire a hit, you will only ever own the 40%

I heard beach properties on the West side of Luzon, 10-15 miles North of Manilla, are still reasonable. I know a Pinoy who owns some beach properties there. He can point you to the right direction if you are interested. The guy lives in the US, vacationing at his beach home occasionally for the 18 YO girls. he said the girls are young, sexy. good-looking and very sweet.

Would be very nice to have a bar / whoorehouse on the beach, stocked with good liquours ans sexy, good-looking girls. Let me know when you have your bar up and running.

There is a rule about the cost of things. On average the most expensive quality you can find will only be 6 times doubled more than the cheapest, unless you are using some special materials or special circumstances. I often kick myself because I could have bought land in Bali, Indonesia, close to the beach for about $5, 000 an acre just 8 years ago. I live in China and no one can really buy land here. Finding a Filipino wife would be fine and I am sure I can find one I can brainwash easy enough. I do have about a 90% success rate in talking my girlfriends into threesomes. The real question is how much one acre will cost me and is it possible to get it cheaper if I buy a bigger lot 5-10 acres. Which Island is irrelevant at this point until I know the costs and whether my idea is feasible.

Cost Rule Example: The cheapest ST in the world is about $5 and there are girls over $320 but not many.

Since that is considered one of the most expensive places in the world, you should be able to find an apartment in the Philippines for 468.75 Euros per square meter. Now take another set of such wise rules and I am sure you can work out how much your land should be.

Well known fugitives are able to leave with ease despite there being a huge bounty on them and lots of publicity. But a pinay with a return ticket and hotel booking is much tougher. (I know a girl with holiday package trip (ie ticket and hotel pre paid in advance) turned away and she was 31 years old!)

I have been to HK with a pinay twice (and came back LOL) but despite her being a seasoned overseas traveller she was still asked really annoying questions.
