I do know Spicy - have been there, not my cup of tea. Haven't been to Spice but it sounds even less my cup of tea than Spicy. I was really wanting to hear more about Boss/Bossy -- whether it's FL oriented or the kind of place where you have to be pretty experienced in the place to be able to spot them. For me, taht's not worth it.

What is great for me could be awful for someone else and their opinion the other way around for me. As you and others have mentioned here more than once about these things, YMMV.
IMHO the two who came out the door after me were "attractive", but nothing special. No stunning looks, big boobs, great ass, etc.
I didn't ask to see the other three or four who were there, because one of these two girls was acceptable to me. I didn't get a good look at the others either, because the girl I went with took me pretty quickly through the area where they were.
The only one of them who I sort of remember, I didn't find attractive. Also, she was a bit big-boned, if not overweight. When I left, she was the only one available.
Sorry for such a half-assed, long-winded answer. I'm an old geezer who got started here in Thailand in the late 60s. This is my first time back since then. At this point for me, wherever I am, "acceptable" is good enough. I've read the reports on this forum from January 2008 and if I remember yours correctly, I'm sure that your standards are much higher than mine. Unfortunately, I can't tell you if Aiyara has anyone at that level.

When the keyboard is installed and you have selected it to use, shift 7 gets the Baht symbol.

Spice is that was Angel Disco were before. All the girls there are in the game. Maybe the waitresses and the coyote dancer are more difficult to convince to go to your Hotel, but I guess if you offer enough money, they will do it as well. Anyway some of the Male guest bring their own beer to the club, will say they come with thai bar or gogo girls to the disco. Maybe they just want have some fun, or they doubt to get one FL girl over there. So, I would give this club a 8.
Spicy is different, since I got the impression that many of the girls are part time gf or rents from some of the younger students, expat sons or khao san backpackers. So, this club I would rate with a 5.
Bossy and Boss I don't know but I guess they are similar to Spice or Spicy. Maybe not so full except weekends.
The Tunnel and Spasso. Well, in the Tunnel you will find mostly part time FL. The girls there are pretty, but go there not because they have the need to. The girls from the Tunnel, can be Thai hooker whose work mostly abroad in HK, Singapore, Emirates, or were ever. When they are back in BKK, they might go to Tunnel, because it's not such a cheap place like other FL Discos.
They can be also Students, or girls whose have quite good job, or shop, but like to earn something extra. The girl from last time had a hair dresser shop in that city on the other side of the river, opposit china town.
Well, I weren't in Asia, since last November. My holiday plant for February or March will now be in June or July.

thai characters on a keyboard - for those of you in muangthai, just go to one of the electronics panthip, mkb, virtually any electronics store and look around the places that sell "pieces" and wiring, keyboards etc. either you can buy a thai letter keyboard (yes, they all have the "english" on them - some have "other languages", though - i've seen french and russian for sure) it's about 300b or so - the "rollup flexible one seems to hold up nut the markings for the letters wears off in 6 or 8 months depending on how much oyu use it.
for the cheap charlies of us, there are stick on thai letters in a sheet - just peel and stick - they last a few months, too, but cheap enough to peel back off and replace. there are some with full color thru the label - the cheap ones are in the 30b range, the full color ones are about 100b (they only wear out when the sticker get worn thru.
install a thai character program language pack on your system and then you can swith back and forth easily (alt-shift does it on mine)
buy 3 or 4 and bring them back - cheap enough :)

I'm always in BKK for just a few days, so for me, places where I have to put in a lot of effort finding and connecting, and face the prospect of there possibly not being something there, so having to move on and go to another place, all the while knowing that there's places as quick and easy as Nana or Cowboy, well... it basically doesn't pay to go to places where finding something right is an outside shot. Or where it's the kind of places where you need to be familiar with the scene there in order to be able to pick out who's working and who not, or when there are far more non-WG than WG. I don't go to BKK for difficult. I go for easy. I much prefer places where I can see many at once and pick one.

As you said, on currency exchange sites, you would use a 3 letter code: AUD, THB and so on. It looks like banks and exchanges, at least, use this type of code.

It's probably obvious to anyone else, but I never really thought about the why of putting a symbol somewhere around the number. It at least makes it handy to show which currency you are talking about.

Mmmmh, I can imagine that the girls in Angel disco were more approachable. Also, Angel disco might have start earlier than Spice Club. But, my hit rate is better in Spice than it were in Angel disco. The reason were I didn't saw too much acceptable girls in Angel disco and the few decent looking girls were often taken very quick.
I like more to stay long in a club and decide late what girl I take. In Angel the good looker were taken quick and on the end I left empty handed.
In Spice club it's different imho. Since there are many girls in the 7 and 8 range. So, it's easier to find a prey, imho.
Spasso and the Tunnel have some 8 to 9 girls, but of course for a price. I guess 3000 for Short Time and 5000 for LT might be their first quote. You might be able to reduce it, but only if she likes you, or need the money. A solid 9 will have most likely no problem to find a customer who pay what she demand.
