On BBFS, I got an m. Gen infection last year that has run through $500-1000 and over 6 months of attempted treatment. It has probably caused some lasting damage as well. The symptoms resemble the clap except it is resistant to the most common antibiotics. The treatments that do have 60+% efficacy on it are powerful floxies and antibiotics that are much harder on the body than the standard doxycycline. I am not telling anyone not to BBFS since I honestly don't really care, but if you do, then think twice about fucking a wg in Thailand without protection or at least use some PEP as it is gradually becoming endemic. At my age a prolonged infection could cause other urinary tract issues such as irritating an already enlarged prostate. And yes these multi drug resistant infections are becoming way more prevalent. Supposedly 200 MG of doxy as pep is supposed to prevent 75% of infections, but I would doubt it would be effective against multidrug resistant bacteria.
