Here we are referring to the sexual market place value for men, so a man's prime is when he is at his peak value in the sexual market place meaning he can obtain the most highly desirable women. You are ascribing social norms common in the US to Colombian women who live in a completely different cultural environment.

Allow me to amplify. If a man (irrespective of age) wants to start a relationship with a beautiful Colombian woman you seem to think that age is a factor. Not so much. What is a factor is whether the guy is living in Colombia and is he able to speak Spanish at a good level or does he need to break out his translator app constantly.
