By now, you might have already experienced your first encounter in Mumbai. What you would find is a slim, young girl from Sunderbans area of Bangladesh border, most likely a muslim, unable to speak English and barely speaks Hindi. My regular SP was stating that the low end hotels in the Western suburbs that are used for mongering have been hit very hard due to LE. Most of these hotels in Bandra, Andheri & JVPD are apparently not allowing any action. A couple that do business only through this have been forced to shut shop, I believe. Only the high end ones are available and still safe, I believe. Be careful and safe mongering!
