I was in MDE for about 2 weeks. Here are my report so people can get some benefits going either first timers or veterans.

From Airport: You can either take bus to San Diego or el Centro (behind Nutibara Hotel) for 16 mil and then taxi to your place OR you can take taxi / uber directly to your place (about 90 mil now).
