Drugging and robbing: some more statistics and advice
I found an article in Spanish about drugging and robbing. These are some excerpts with the translation courtesy of Google Translate.
602 people affected by thefts in Medellin, between 2016 and 2018, at the hands of criminals who submitted their will by supplying them with drugs.
Most of the crimes are concentrated in the Center, El Poblado and Laureles, as well as in a commercial sector of Itagüí.
According to the investigation of the Prosecutor's Office, bars, taverns and discos are the places where the most contacts are established between the perpetrator and his victim, with 228 cases in the last two years; Taxis follow (45); social networks (17); and the house of the affected person (14), who is generally a single woman or an old man, where criminals enter asking for a borrowed bathroom or a glass of water.
An important part of those affected are homosexuals, especially in the circuit of the Center of Medellin. Alejandro Gamboa, an activist for human rights and the Lgbti community, believes that "for cultural reasons, the places where same-sex people socialize the most are still partying places, and that makes them more vulnerable to this crime."
The complaints received by the Medellin Prosecutor's Office indicate that in 168 cases the aggressors were men, while 97 were perpetrated by women. Regarding the victims, men bear the worst part, with 358 complaints filed, while women filed 88 (period January 2017-April 2018).
The Secretary of Security of Medellin, Andrés Tobón highlights the importance of self-care: "in places of partying and liquor consumption, it is preferable to be accompanied by trusted people, so that the state of alcoholism does not make us vulnerable. We must bear in mind that on the street not everyone who treats us well is a friend."

Women in Medellin are seldom if ever interested in casual sex with a tourist unless he is paying her. *.

The few first hand accounts of victims which I have found online have all been foreign men meeting non-pros who were consenting to have sex for free on the first meeting.
This guy got robbed of $7,000 although he was allegedly very careful with his drink.

My perception is that being drugged and robbed in Medellin is possible, it's statistically very unlikely and if something is too good to be true (free sex on the first date with a hot young Paisa) then it isn't true. Walk away.
