The bar sells their drinks at a higher rate than any other place, so that is where they make their cut.
These girls you will want to take straight to your hotel from Habanos, so having them show up for a meeting shouldn't be an issue. I suppose you can get numbers and hope to meet them at another timer, but often this is a wild goose chase or waiting game.
Typically they prefer men who are staying close (so they can come back to the bar after they are done with you) and that they can communicate with. That being either they speak English or you speak Spanish. That makes it easier for things to go smoother on their end.

However, the hotel just informed me that the casino is closed for renovation. Not sure if this will affect smuggling chicas foc.

There is a door from the reception desk that leads right into the casino. On the outside, the hotel and casino have their own front doors. That said, the elevators in the casino service the floors of the hotel. Each floor of the hotel has two sets of elevators; one takes you to the hotel lobby, the other put you in the casino. The name of the casino is Ocean Sun Casino.

Made a short 4 days visit to Panama City 2 weeks ago. Stayed at Eurostar, which is 5 minutes walking distance from Habanos. Hotel for me is great because of the price. Paid USD70++ per night including breakfast. Room was spacious exceeding my expectations. The only setback for me was the fine for 2 girls that I brought in using the main entrance when the lift at the casino wasnt working. Didn't know that they have cameras to take pictures of yourself and your lady guest to show to you during check out. Paid USD25 per girls so USD50 total. The next time, I will make sure I wait for the lift at the casino to come down to the ground floor, to smuggle girls back to the room. If you have a wingman with you, your wingman can enter from the main entrance and take the lift from the casino side somewhere upstairs and bring it down to the ground floor. This method for sure will save you that USD25 per girl fine.
First day.
Checked in almost night time so didn't venture far. Had dinner around the hotel and went to Habanos after that. Found a nice young 22 year old paisa with body of a goddess. Everything natural, just the way I like it. Negotiated with her and settled for USD100st. Went back to the room and chemistry was there hence negotiated for whole night and settled for extra USD150 for her to stay. Total was usd250 and managed 3 nuts out of her. Her service was good, if she allowed FK, it would be perfect. Her name was Natalia.
Second day.
Did normal touristy stuff during the day and later at night, went to the old city to explore la Bocatorena and la mayor. I think these 2 places is a hit and miss. When I was there, I didn't find any girls that I like. Went back to Habanos after dinner to check the scene again. As usual, the place is rocking, despite it is on a working day. Ratio I would say 1 guy to 10 girls. Spoilt for choice is an understatement. After few drinks and talking to many girls, found another Colombian girl but this time from Bogota. She was young and slim. Her name was Penelope. I think she's also 22 years old. Agreed for USD100st. Her service was spectacular. Total GFE with DFK and everything else, except anal. I really wanted her to stay but was feeling a bit tired so she left. Told her to come again in the morning just for breakfast sex. She came after breakfast and gave a better service than the night for USD100.
Third day.
Went to Capri club and Gruta Azul. Again both places are good but my mind still want Habanos. Left both places after just 1 drink and went to LE palace, same street as Habanos. To my surprise, the place was epic. Most girls are centrefold quality. A lap dance will cost you USD16 to the club and USD20 for the girl. To take the girls out, you have to pay USD125 to the club and USD250 to the girl. Didn't want to spend that much on girls so got a few numbers from them to arrange a session the next day. Left the place and went to Habanos again. As usual, rocking with too many girls that you can't even decide which one to take. Most of them are desperate because for sure many will come back empty handed due to the competition. Girls have to pay Habanos USD10 for the wrist band and each night, they change the colour of the band. After few drinks, found another Colombian from Cali. Her name was Angela. She's slightly older than previous girls. She told me she's 28. Could be older. Her body was epic. I'm not a fan of fake boobs but hers was fine and her ass is to die for. I suspect the ass is also fake but she said its natural. Her service was the best of all the girls. Settled for USD250 for the whole night. We drank and ate and dance in the room until morning. Slept for a bit and got 3 nuts until she left around 7 am. Totally worth the USD250 I paid her.
Had a late breakfast since I couldn't wake up early. After breakfast, my mind got reminded of Angela again. Since my flight back is at 5, msg her to come again before I check out from the hotel. Got her another great session and paid USD100 plus 10 bucks tips. I will definitely look for her again in my next trip. BTW Angela speaks quite decent English. Maybe that was one of the reason I enjoyed her the most.
I am now planning my next trip to Panama City again. It is now my new fav mongering destination.
