Anybody heard reports of Turkish police trying to enforce P4 P laws in Istanbul? Or do they not really set up stings the way they do in the USA?

You can of course 'dodge' the reception desk and pick up your guest from the lobby.

Found out from a friend that independent P4 P is legal, so long is the woman is a Turkish citizen. Apparently, for some reason or another, it's not legal for foreign nationals to sell sex in Turkey. I stayed at very expensive hotel.
