And a curious thing I noted in Chandigarh is the masses of men with more money than they can possibly handle. Combine both and you have a paradise for scamsters! Another thing I noticed in here is that you can make genuine GF / GF's quite easily through social media sites / tinder / happen than any other city. All are from my personal observations over 3 years.
