I would say end of April until mid-November, barring certain blips when some event is happening in the city. I looked at some good hotels near Thermae for next week and prices seem to be in line with their lowest rates through the year. You can book Ruamchit on top of Thermae for about $35 USD tonight, the same price it generally is any time of the year. Sure it's not a fancy hotel whatsoever but it's clean enough in the better rooms. Doesn't hurt that there are 100+ girls at your disposal a few floors down from 8 pm until 2 am either.

Cheap Hotels
There are some really cheap Hotels in Bangkok if you are prepared to not stay right in Sukhumvit centre.
Siam Privi Residence is going for 400 baht per night short motorcycle ride to ratchada soapies and underground for getting to Sukhumvit. That is less than $15 per night.
The Atrium Ratchada 13 is 940 Baht so maybe $30 per night for 37 sq metres room. Very short walk to soapies and MRT.
You pay a lot more for lower Sukhumvit locations in general. However booking.com shows several Hotels around the Nana BTS area with price around 1100 to 1300 Baht and rated 7. 0 out of 10 or higher. E. g. Paradiso Boutique Suites rated 7. 6 at 1350 Baht for 18 sq. Metres would be likely my try on Soi 10. 2000 Baht for deluxe room 28 sq. Metres with separate shower and bathtub. Sam's Lodge shows as 922 Baht on Soi 19, 20 sq. metres room. Will be hard to beat that price for 7 out of 10 rating.
I sometimes have reason to stay in a different region closer to Silom for all night mongering encounters, and often get rooms there for approx. 900 Baht, sometimes less. So definitely a bit cheaper than Sukhumvit region. There will also be options at Thonglor or further out along Sukhumvit for 800 to 900 Baht.
Aspira G Soi 33 is rated 8.6 and only 1200 Baht. Also well worth a try for me sometime for all night type encounters.

LE Meridien near Airport
Didn't see this hotel listed as GF friendly as I searched the forums here and elsewhere. Appreciate the following:
- GF friendly?
- Given it is somewhat far from Sukhumvit -would escort agencies be willing to send their girls here (I m thinking of ordering in for overnight).
I arrive late evening (10 pm) at BKK and planning to take a flight out next day early (like 9 am) from BKK. Given the long 24 hour flight -prefer not to go all the way out to Sukhumvit for like 7 hours.
Kris.
Is there an off season period in the year where hotel prices are significantly cheaper? The hotel prices currently seem expensive. What hotel aggregator search engine is everyone using?
Nana Hotel prices remain constant throughout the year & since about at least 2007 haven't changed.
"As regards to cost, if you look at the hotel booking sites, normally lot cheaper from May through to October. Lots of hotels have special offers such as free nights. The downside is that May. October can be quite humid and wet depending where you go."

The upside IME with the low season is the P4P gals are more desperate than ever & it's not as crowded with tourists.

Radisson Blu
Spent a couple nights at the Radisson Blu using points. Nice room, great king size bed. Lap top sized room safe, amenities, bathtub and shower. The wood flooring was warping, which you wouldn't expect in a 5 star hotel. Good location, close to the metros, Terminal 21, and Soi Cowboy. Nice rooftop bar with an okay selection of craft beers. Didn't get to try out the executive lounge, buffet, or other restaurants. The spa was tempting but I didn't have enough time. Pool was okay, not too crowded with nice chairs, towels, cabanas, and bar. They sent an email offering upgrades beforehand, but I passed because I normally like to eat away from the hotel. Brought two girls in at once and no one said anything.
One issue (good or bad depending on your style) is that they don't check ID's going in and don't stop the girls when they leave.

Which one to choose
Everyone has different tastes in hotels and what the want. Taking money out of the equation which of these two hotels will provide the best experience. Majestic Grande or Landmark. Booth seem to be.
Within 5 minutes of ground zero, will the ladies have a preference and would it be reasonable to expect them to walk unless it is raining.
Thanks.

I have stayed at both. Absolutely no comparison if you prefer not to endure a walk of shame.
Majestic Grande is a monger hotel and nobody will bat an eyelid as you come and go.
Landmark is much more salubrious and has a walk of shame with security watching you. I had an experience later one evening where the security guys suggested that the girl leave her I D at reception. I have also passed by when nothing was said.
You said to "take money out of the equation". If money is not a concern then Landmark is easily the best. If you are watching your baht, then Majestic Grande wins every time.

Majestic Grande has a very good breakfast from memory. I used to take an Annies girl Aor (model body type) there for the night years ago, since it is right next door. LOL.

Wellness residence vs. Cozy at ten.
Which one is better? The former seems more convenient in location, but not sure if it is very noisy at night (could not fall asleep?).
Thanks!

Marriott Marquis
Hello everybody,
Does anybody know if the Marriott Marquis on Soi 22 is a girl friendly hotel?

Thanks!
You can easily read reviews of both Hotels at Trip Advisor website, or others.
I recently saw a gorgeous girl heading to Cozy Hotel after buying food. Not sure if she was Thai or not. I was hoping she was heading to a monger establishment, so that I could book her. LOL. She was that good. Could have been an Escort. Could have been a normal girl. Cozy Location is better than Paradiso Boutique suites (same Soi I believe) because the later is right near the Blowjob bar. Cozy is a little further down the Soi 10, but not far. Very small Hotel.
Don't know much about Wellness but seems to be right near the Short Time Hotel Asoke Place with lots of Asian guys walking around with ladyboys. Looks like the place is a bit old. May have been converted to a Hotel from something else. I prefer newer Hotels myself. At least Wellness location is good for getting transport to go to other places.
Suggest you should look at customer ratings before choosing a largely unknown Hotel.

Nana hotel
Reports are that the hotel is undergoing a remodel, half of the hotel is closed. Seems they are replacing the large soft mattresses with hard ones.

Nana Hotel refurbishment
The Nana Hotel is undergoing a significant refurbishment including room gutting. Good news as it means they will likely be around for a while. Bad news is that their reasonable tariff will likely increase. See the Stickman column this week for more details.
