Yesterday evening I walked past Maison hotel in hopes of seeing some of the Stans there but there were only 3 or older ugly choices. Don't think they were from the stans. Is there a particular time or day that you can locate them. I spent a lot of time in Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan so would kind of like to find one for old times sake.
Looks like Father Time has Konked our School Girl with a broomstick a few times over.

This affects the Viets, the "Stans" and the Africans, so it is luck of the draw. That being said, if you would have been out around 11 pm last night, you would have seen the super skinny slim girl with her hair done up in very cute Sailor Moon pigtails. There were also two dumpy body Uzbek girls sitting on the upper curb (neither of which would be appetizing enough for my taste). It's up to you to decide if you want to try and haggle or not. Personally I don't bother over 500 baht etc, if I like the girl and get a good feeling, I'll take the punt at 3 k.
TF is still my number one choice for late night, while you can get quoted 3 k plus, it's easy to get real go'ers for cheaper and for free (well, taxi fares, bit of food etc).

As with Groatscrot, I haven't been in the Thermae for what seems like forever; maybe 30 years? 35 years? First time was in about 1987, in a period of time when I stayed in the Sukhumvit Wing of the Ambassador Hotel.
In those days, there was not a club scene as big and as diverse as now. Freelance venues were often discos and restaurants in many hotels. The Ambassador had a disco in the basement of the main building and a huge restaurant that was located on Sukhumvit. In the daytime, the restaurant had a great buffet that catered to a lot of office workers and Thai families on the weekends at lunch time. At night, the restaurant's table were occupied by dozens of nicely / politely dressed freelancers in small groups or alone; rotating musical groups and singers provided entertainment. Full dinner menu was available. It was known as the Bangkopi Lounge.
It was at the Bangkopi Lounge that I was invited to join some dudes at table. They were middle eastern types in town for biz. I was asked if I knew about the Thermae. I said "no" and one of the guys offered to guide me there.
Entrance to the Thermae in those days was at the rear of the building. You had to walk a dark alleyway from Sukhumvit. A bit intimidating the first time. LOL The back area was brightly lit; restrooms were there and you would get an idea of what was inside. Down a flight of stairs and you were there. It felt like I'd entered some joint seen in the movie Blade Runner. Almost surreal. I almost thought I would meet Rutger Hauer in there. LOL I only went there maybe 5 times over the years, as I preferred the go go bars on Cowboy. I can only remember pulling any chick there one time.
Aside from the Ambassador Hotel, you could often find me in the disco at the Nana Hotel if I hadn't already rescued some damsel from Cowboy. Angels, Love Club, et al. Was a disco on the first floor that was routinely packed with freelancers and got really busy after hours and the chicks from Nana Plaza could come over for one last chance to score. There was a real assortment of office / store-shop girls (semi-pros), full time freelancers, and dancers from the bars. When I stayed at the Nana Hotel, I would be there at least twice per week.
Another hotel freelancer venue I went to a few times was the basement restaurant / bar at the Grace Hotel. Even in the 80's it was popularized by Middle Easterners. It was one of the few places that had freelancers available in the afternoons. I took advantage of that (over a massage at Annies) a few times. Evenings in the Grace basement were always busy and had tons of flesh on the hunt.
Aside from streetwalkers, I guess the dance clubs are the venues now.

Went to Thermae about 8:30 last night. Got a stool in the middle as it was not crowded. About 9:00 got real busy. 2 girls sitting beside me. Both were 7's at best. Asian guy comes up to her and asks her how much. She puts 10 fingers up and says 10,000. He says 8000 and she leaves with him. 5 minutes later a white guy comes to the other girl. She says 4000. He says 3000 and she leaves with him. I can see why these girls are holding out for the Asians. Quality was marginal last night but I picked out 3 that were 8's in my taste. At about 9:15 went for my first choice and she quoted 4000. I said 3000 and she asked where I lived. When I told her 4 Points she agreed to the 3000. Service was good but I have had 2 Thermae girls and 3 TF girls this week and I have had better experiences with TF.
On another note yesterday I was walking to Starbucks in the afternoon and a block away 3 cute girls asked where I was going. I said Starbucks and they said they were going there too. They asked if I would buy them a coffee. I offered to and they actually had a friend in Starbucks already so I bought 4 coffees. One was absolutely gorgeous and other 3 were great. They said all were from Philippines. The gorgeous one was a model and showed me her modeling pics on her phone. She wanted to go home with me and asked for 10,000. I said no way I was going to pay that and she offered her friends for 5000. I passed. I think they need to find the Asians who possibly would pay that.
They are all staying in one room with 3 single beds at the Grand hotel so they can't be doing that great here.

What is the standard TF rate in Bangkok? Most girls are starting with 3000 baht. If I ask to reduce, they ask for a video call and then accept the lower rate, while many others just stop replying or just say "bye" LOL.
I have had much better luck in Pattaya where girls will start at 2000 and happily come down to 1500 without much hassle.

Generally, these are the 18-26 year old 6-8 in looks. Now, if you're talking 9 / 10's then it could be 2000-3000 Baht.
I've been batting 500 on TF, half of the time they are close enough to their profile / photos not to make a difference. The other half of the time they are 5 / 5 and even 10/10 (older / kilos heavier).
BTW, if you're not into gambling. It's best to get their LINE / WeChat and do a video call to verify what you're getting.
Also, in Pattaya the 1500 Baht normally covers everything. In BKK you'll often get asked for taxi money in addition to the service fee. I've paid up to 700 Baht for taxi fare (raining so a 60 baht motorbike ride isn't possible and Grab cab being the only reasonable option. This was after verifying I'm getting what was advertised.
Have not been scammed after the LINE verification call and sending them taxi fare upfront (again, small sample size).
Beware of FIWFAN, a few girls ask for 1000 Baht travel expenses upfront.

I have met 4 of them with good results. I had one yesterday that was supposed to meet at 2:00 pm and she delayed until 3:30. I waited until 4:30 and she was a no show. All girls were similar to their photos. Some a few pounds heavier but mostly accurate All 4 did BBBJ and 3 of them said BBFS was extra. All 3 different. 500,1000, 1500 so probably average of 1000 for BBFS. One did not want CIP.
