Being a foreigner let you get out of a lot of mess easily but beware everything will be overpriced based on your skin color LOL. Having said that once you start your life here things do change a lot and you will be able to get most of the services for almost the same price as locals. To start with search this forum for what you want and Iam sure you will find some info. For a list of spa's just use google.
