A few times I tipped the driver to go onto the toll road because the freeway was packed without any movement. My rides out the chongos were usually 1. 5-2 hours but the Uber rides were cheap.

Food: Lima is well known for its gastronomic scene, especially in Miraflores. I had ceviche that tasted so different from the Mexican ceviche I'm used to. Chinese restaraunts are also found everywhere.

Girls: There were freelancers around, but none really tickled my fancy. Most were Venezuelans and Ecuadorians, but I had no faith, after seeing them, that I wouldn't have problems. So I did all my mongering at the Chongos.

Chongos: Entry to chongos that I visited were generally 10-20 soles. Chongos here have some distinctions over their Ecuadorian counterparts. Some takeaways:

1. No ID / passport checks here like in Ecuador.

2. You may keep your cell phone with you but it must be turned off upon entry. Checking your phone will usually get you ejected from the premises.

3. Chongos are generally set up for use by locals, not tourists. Many of these areas are very sketchy but are ok when going directly to / from via Uber or Taxi. A great majority of Chongos are 90 minutes or so from Miraflores.

4. Girls here are assigned rooms. After sessions, there is no change of bedsheets. They are changed nightly. Cost for service is approximately 50 soles. EVERYTHING is covered.

5. A key activity that is special here are shows, usually done on the hour or so depending on the time of day. Some shows are just girls dancing (as you would see in a USA strip club). Some are very well done / professionally choreographed. These ones are quite a performance!

6. Very few, if any, peruvianas working in the Chongos. Most are Venezuelan / Colombian / Ecuadorian.

That said, my two favorites are:

1. Clinica del Corazon: [URL]instagram.com[/URL]/ clinicadelcorazonoficial. This is one of the newest constructed chonghos. It is well lit, super clean and modern. Their speaker system is top of the line. Cash only.

2. Las Sirenitas: [URL]instagram.com[/URL]/ sirenitasvipoficial. A nice chongo, but definitely dated inside. The shows here are top notch. Also, they have multiple restaurants onsite serving local food. Credit Card accepted, no service charge.

I didn't mind other chongos that I visited, but they were definitely of a lower quality than the two listed above.

Touristy stuff: In addition to doing a lot of walking around Miraflores, I took in two bus tours. For buying the Lima bus tour, I was given the Miraflores bus tour for free. I paid $30 USD or so for the tours total. I was very happy. Much of the Lima tour was walking once we got into centro. I was quite impressed with the tours.

Missed out, will do next time:

Cusco / Macchu Picchu. Advanced tickets required to visit Macchu Picchu. To correct overtourism of the area, a limited amount of tourists are allowed to traverse the mountain daily, and only with a local guide.

Just got back from my first Peru trip. Following the Cusco / Machu Picchu leg of the trip, which was incredible, I spent four days in Lima enjoying the atmosphere at sea level. A few weeks earlier I got in touch with jockey and set up dates with three girls he recommended, who we shall call L, G, and F. I'll talk a little about each girl but more about what they have in common, my experience working with jockey, why it worked for me, what guys will benefit from and appreciate his help, and which guys might want to go in other directions.

Although F is the exception and seemed ready, willing, and very able. For me, the focus was much more on companionship and affection than a sexual marathon.

If you do contact jockey and he helps you out you will meet a safe, friendly, attractive girl next door type with a good attitude. Dates don't have a time limit, and can run as long as you find each other interesting and feel like spending time together. I don't know that the extras I provided (music, food, alcohol, etc.) were necessary, but I think they made the dates better. Their collection of pre-Colombian artwork is outstanding, and downstairs they have an "Erotic Gallery" that was very interesting (as were the items in the gift shop). If you go make sure to go into the "Visible Storage" area, where they keep the 40,000 (pieces that are not on exhibit.

Finally, I didn't find the traffic to be particularly worse than some other big cities, except for the airport, which is the absolute worst. So are the drivers, who apparently only feel obligated to obey any traffic rules if there is a cop next to them. Otherwise everyone just appears to drive through intersections, cut off other cars, and basically do whatever they want.

Overall, a great trip, and a city I would definitely consider returning to. Thanks to jockey for his introductions to three beautiful women.
