Aisha is bad news, why people persist in going there is beyond me. Nowogrodzka 48/14 also has it's moments though is far more helter skelter in quality. If you can disapper for a couple of hours then make the taxi trip out to Wilanow and hit Rasputin - definitely one of the premier league Warsaw cathouses.

Welcome to Sin City. Official estimates claim Warsaw is home to over 1,500 brothels, a number that can only be beaten by all but a handful of European cities. Alternatively hit one of the villas in the suburbs. Most taxi drivers will be on a commission to take clients to a particular place, so don’t neccessarily trust your chirpy driver to take you to the best one. Rasputin, Villa Rosa and Studio Relax are all popular choices with prices beginning at 200zł for an hour.

I have been to 3 of the places advertised in the flyers in the streets including Studio A-Studio 2 in Jerozolimskie 99/1.
I always left the place declining the offer.
I found no girl of my taste, not even for a quickie.
It was during the daytime (meaning not a lot of customers) and all had many girls available, up to 10 in A-Studio 2, unfortunately all the organized places had an offer very poor in beauty, I don’t know about the service cause I left the place.
I would very much advice private or single girl.
Those girls have also an inconvenience cause being solo they need to be self sufficient and self standing but often speak no English or have very little communication capability in this language with all the problems that you can imagine.

Can anyone recommend a mid-range, girl-friendly hotel in Warsaw?

My experience is limited to the American chains like Marriott, Sheraton, …
in all those hotel the girl needs to have the documents to get registered (quick and easy operation).
No additional charge to the room for few hours visits.

This is very common pro and con which lots of people raised up here.

Alcohol ban announced yesterday in Krakow for the duration of the popes visit - not sure if it is a blanket ban though. I know the last time the pope visited town pubs were banned from serving any beer over 5%,anything under was deemed ok.

I’ve checked the prices and I found those too expensive to me, about 85€ per night.
I move alone (meaning I have no buddy to share the expenses) the prices the want to charge are very close to what I pay for a 5 star hotel in the city centre (company rate) …
