I visited Grimpeur again this weekend. I have been using this place since before they changed its name. Anyway they told me they are not taking foreigners anymore, but then they told me I was alright because I speak Japanese and have been a long term customer. Don't waste your time on a hot day., went there there and got the NG from the manager and his assistant. Better bet is to take the train a few more stops to Shinjuku and go to Hinomaru which is a proven gaigin friendly place.
