I knew digital IDs existed, but tonight was the first time that my bar fine presented her ID digitally to my hotel reception. The clerk simply photographed her ID. It worked out fine and reception still called my room when she exited the building, but it isn't as comforting as when reception holds her physical ID and she has to retrieve it.

I just came home from Patpong and experienced a bit of sticker shock and thought I would start a post where we could reconfirm pricing for this season.

Patpong:

As you know there are (four) King's Castles (I don't bother counting the billiard / karaoke bar in the tally). Walking from Surawong to Silom on the left side there are:

1. Original King's Castle (the one with the 30+ cute ones): I'm getting quotes of 4000/8000ST / LT (I can stomach this, considering the cuteness of the girls there).

2. Then the next one is a smaller bar that seems to specialize in tall / thin / tattooed variety: I was also quoted 4 k /8 k here just now. This surprised me a little as I consider the best girl in here to be a 7. 5 max.

3. Then you've got King's Castle II (the largest of the bars that seems to really focus on an Asian clientele): 4 k /8 k is the standard quote.

4. If you cross the Patpong market and go the lowest tier King's Castle: please don't tell me they have the audacity to ask for 4 k /8 k here!

Soi Cowboy:

I have not been yet this year, but I was hoping to get updates on the three I frequent (can someone please fill in the fields below):

Baccara: ST / LT =.

Crazy House: ST / LT =.

Dollhouse: ST / LT =.

Thermae: is it still 3000/5-7000 for ST / LT respectively?

NANA:

Rainbow 4: is it still 4000/8000 for ST / LT respectively?

I asked on Friday and Saturday and was given higher numbers.

Additionally, I was quoted 3000 for the ST, but talked her down to 2,500 which I know is against the rules.

Sadly out of the 50+ girls at Billboards I saw over the course of two weeks I only saw one (1) that I would ST. I think her number was 901.

I did sit next to two other guys (one British senior citizen and one Chinese American 30 ish) and watch them pay almost 10,000 Baht for BF and LT, which is only 5-6 hours.

I asked the Chinese American guy from NY why he would pay that much and he replied. "I want to take her to get food with some friends and I have the money!" I thought, what a fool!

If you pay 1000 the girl returning to the bar is optional up to her depending on what time you let her leave.

I'll admit the Tranny gogo bar (majestic I believe) had the best looking bodies. I'm pretty sure they all had the surgery to remove their penis, as I asked them to flash me and most lined up and flashed me their "pussies". It's really sad that the best looking, body wise, are the ladyboys.

Soi Cowboy Bar Freelancer.

1500-3000.

I bought a drink for the best looking girl in the big bar at the entrance to Soi Cowboy (don't remember the name). Took her back to my place for ST and then handed her 1,500 or maybe 2,000 Baht. I don't remember. She got really upset and threw a temper tantrum in my room. I told her we didn't discuss prices so that's what I'm paying. I ended up giving her another 150 Baht for the Tuk Tuk ride home.

Thermae Cafe.

Most girl will quote 3000.

If they don't like you, they'll quote higher. If they like you, they'll quote less.

My strategy was to get 3-4 Line numbers, leave and then text them around 2 AM when the cafe closes.

I'll offer 1,500 and see who bites. I can get some down to 2,000 easily if they haven't had any customers yet, and some will hold at 3,000.

The Chinese men end up paying more, as I overheard and watched hand gestures throw up four (4) fingers by the girls in the cafe.

Nana.

Most of the Gogo bars want around 5,000 Baht for BF and ST.

I was surprised that I got a 700 Baht BF quote, during the week, from Billboards with a 3,000 Baht ST.

Soi 24 alley.

Don't know if they were having a low season discount, but most "massage" parlors had a 40 min FS session advertised on their menu when it was presented out in front for 1,800 Baht.

It was written on the laminated card by hand so I know if wasn't their regular prices. 60 min ST was 2,000-2,200 Baht, which is normal.

This alley ended up being my go to spot for Bangkok. But be careful, 40 minutes can fly by fast because you have to shower, then she showers, then you have about 15 min before she tells you to take another shower and clean up. If your not the guy who can finish quickly, you should definitely opt for at least 60 minutes or more.

Mamasan and girls quoted 1000 BF and 8000 LT.

Also, used 1000 Baht notes and got 200 Baht in change which I passed to the girl. If it's actually 700 BF for ST, guess the mamasan got something out of it.

No Harm, No Foul as far as I'm concerned.

However, next time I'll address the BF price for clarity.

I stepped in to the Thermae Cafe for the first time. There's a narrow staircase that leads to a dim basement where enter the club. I got a beer and eyed selection of Thai women standing along the walls. I think I did 2 or 3 revolutions around the place as it gets pretty crowded around 9-10 PM. I saw mostly white-skinned ladies from the Isan region. The women are quite receptive and willing to make an arrangement on the spot but prefer to stay on the premises. I wasn't expecting much but if you like white-skinny almost Chinese looking Thais with a classy look then there's many to choose from here. I just went to scope it out.

Girls in Nana Plaza use the same principle as everywhere else, it's all about supply and demand. Your own experience posts seem to bear this out along with dozens of other reports on these specific venues. I see this "super easy" claim on BB often expressed as "virtually guaranteed" by other reports from experiences with the North Jakarta triad of lower end meat market venues (Classic, Travel and Kota Indah bars). There are posters who claim "virtually guaranteed", but there have been several reports from Classic and Travel where CFS was required by the provider and I believe from his reports that at least one Classic provider required Steve to bag up. YMMV. You may get it, but you may not.
