It's noisy and often full of drunk Marines (appreciate what they do, but drunk US Marines can be a dangerous group). I would suggest somewhere else, like Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, or Ueno. Second, if you are interested in tourist stuff, I would try Wikitravel or the Japan travel section on About.com

You could try and find a RLD there and see what happens, but you might have more luck trying to nampa a girl in a restaurant or donut shop.

You'd better speak some Nihongo to get around. The "RLD" are not very GJF in that area, to say the least. Hachinohe has a shitty old strip club next to Hon-Hachinohe Station. Based on reports going back numerous pages in the thread, I'd say that the general consensus right now is that, for a gaijin with less than conversational Japanese, there is a great risk of finding oneself totally unable to score J-girl FS, or even BBBJ, in Tokyo no matter how many attempts are made.Is it the same way with Filipinas in Tokyo?
