We left and went to Hooters with one of the chicks following behind my brother. After about 5 minutes of sitting in Hooters the girl left. No idea what the deal with them was.

I was passing through Bangkok on a Saturday night so I thought I'd try Nana Plaza. I had a good idea of what to expect from reports here (thanks) so I made my way there about 9 pm. Security guards were at the entrance and waved me through, though somebody next to me got asked for ID. Probably age checks I guess. Found Lollypop immediately, ordered a white wine, got accosted by two females, and was then left alone. Wine was awful! Barely drank half of it, but did some people watching, girls arriving on shift, etc. Pretty busy already.

Went upstairs to Billboard because I head they had a jacuzzi and a spinning stage. Limited seating left but found one at the bar next to the jacuzzi. Yes, I've seen more explicit in other places too but only with locals, not tourist places.

I noticed a couple of men had ladies on their laps, rubbing their breasts with their tops pushed to the side. I asked the waitress for one I liked and that one lady drink must have lasted 15 minutes. Fun girl, though never said much, just singing and dancing on my lap, no concerns over where my hands went. Did not go further as I was feeling the effects of the alcohol by this point.

Stopped by Billboard again to see if the situation was any different (about 11:30 pm by this point) but was the same so I left (tired after travelling).

No issues with bar bill padding or pushy mamasans or girls beyond the occasional question, felt pretty safe, had a good time. YMMV!

There are no signs saying hookers must be in this area and potential tricks must be in that area. It is a public space. Matter of fact the girls there are not buying shit. The girls do not own it or any particular position inside of it. And even if he had to look for the girl inside of the bar, you think the place is so big that he would not be able to find her if she was not in one particular place? What if he came while the chick was in the toilet and did not see her? So now chicks have to wear diapers so they will not have to go to the toilet because they might miss a trick? Adjusted for inflation that's still 138%. Over the same period income inequality fell from 65% in poverty to under 10% today. Unemployment is just over 1%. To put that into perspective, US unemployment is at 8%. Oh and BTW. Chinese tourists in Thailand spend an average of 6,400 Baht per day. Koreans 6,200, Indians 5,500 and Americans 4,500.
