Holy Cow! Why so expensive
Just perusing the usual websites for Bangkok freelancers, and what most of them are asking for these days is kinda insane. We're talking close 150 bucks an hour and higher. Nothing against Thai chicks, but I mean come on. And the escort websites for Bangkok are the same high prices too. Service was kinda ok at best from my memory. Is it really worth the premium? Don't think so.
Nana and Cowboy with their inflated bar fines, and increased prices for ST and LT. Jeez, what's left?
The only real value for money now in Bangkok seems to be the massage joints. Welp, none of this really matters anyway, with World War 3 showing up soon, it's all for naught. But wait a Goddamn minute! If it's Armageddon, I should get my dick wet before I die!
Got to get me on a damn plane to Bangkok, and ASAP! Fuck, I hate this life. Being old sucks.

Adjusted for inflation that's still 138%. Over the same period income inequality fell from 65% in poverty to under 10% today. Unemployment is just over 1%. To put that into perspective, US unemployment is at 8%. Oh and BTW. Chinese tourists in Thailand spend an average of 6,400 Baht per day. Koreans 6,200, Indians 5,500 and Americans 4,500.
All publicly available data to explain why so expensive.
How does that song go. Video killed the Radio star. In my mind and in my car. We can't go back, we've gone too far.
A great decade the 80's. I miss MTV.
