We got there just after dinner and the place was still not open. People were lining up and we liked what we saw. Walked passed the line and spoke to security who said come back in half an hour when the place opens. Went back for few drinks in Hooters and then came back. Same security guard asked upon entrance do you guys want girls and offered to get ONE each if we buy the VIP seat... We said no, and continued on... At the bar I picked up quickly my friend struck out few times and went back to the security guard this time asking for TWO for 5000. Security guard agreed, and brought a couple for him. He chose one and let the other go. After talking to her and he was happy with her, when security guard came back to check on him he asked him to chose another one similar to the one he chose... The guy brought another one few minutes latter. One stayed till early morning the other well after lunch. Both were 8, a lot finner then you will find at MBC.
In terms of age, girls range I would say 18 - 28. The one I picked up was a freebie although I did pay for drinks, food, taxi money and gave her a some cash on the end as well... All up I would say 1500. Beside taxi money she didn't ask for anything else. Food as well. I am in my early 30s, my friend in his early 40s. The difference I think is he was not in the mood for talking as he was leaving the next day and was more interested in a quick pick up P4P. Not everyone there is a pro so be careful when offering cash. Around the bar I saw few that were hanging around, but why not just get in buy a drink and smile for a bit and see what comes your way. That's what I did and it worked...

Obviously a lot of different views. Sounds like you and your friend are kind of new to this. Personally I'm going to answer you this as if you are a newbie. I am not sure how old you guys are and how much time you have on this trip. Personally for me, if you are new to this, I kind of recommend you go to Thailand. Your demands are somewhat tough because if you've been reading, probably no one place is going to give you all that you want. Thailand is not cheap with the dollar where it is compared to the past, but for convenience sake, Thailand is the place to go. Angeles is for pure mongering. Manila, you need a lot of patience and I think you should be experienced in mongering and especially with freelancers to meet a lot of your wants. Thailand is much nicer to visit in regards to cleanliness, food and hotel and infrastructure and such. That's just my take on the limited information you gave. I'm not a Thailand fan so much as I used to be. I love the gfe also and find you're more likely to get it in Philippines but I think you should get your feet wet first in Thailand and probably Pattaya if anything mainly.

I spent around 1500 for drinks for me and her (mostly for me anyway), cab back to makati (200 peso, taxi mafia) food for both of us and the next morning I have her I think 500 peso... The girl only asked for something to eat before going back to my hotel and in the morning she wanted taxi money to get home. She asked for 200 peso for taxi, I gave her 500. Thats it... I don't know, freebies are not my game but this sort of felt right and good.

If you don't care about culture, sun and surf and all you want is pussy then AC for me is better then Pattaya. Yes pattaya may have more but AC's set up for me works better. I don't think you should be comparing smaller cities to the capitals either. Perhaps take it as a package BKK + Pattaya vs Manila + AC.
Anyway for ranking purposes:
