Phuket Reports

I am planning a trip to Thailand in early May and will be in Phuket for 10 days. I plan to stay for 5 days close to Patong. I am trying to choose another location on the island for the other 5 days. I am looking for good balance where I can chill, enjoy beach, nice hotel and frequent good bars with also a few naughty massages. I spent a while reading past posts and got a couple ideas, I. E, Rawai. Or should I spend 5 days in Koh Samui? What would you seasoned Phuket punters recommend? Thanks in advance.

I've had my eye on Rawaii, but never stayed there because I'm afraid to ride motorcycles and you almost need a motorcycle or car in that area. If you go to Patong first, you will be disappointed in the mongering options on Samui. Still, Samui is my favorite piece of Thailand.

Chill vibes with beaches right there and bars and massage (less of) also is Kamala.

Beaches with less chill vibes (think mass marker tourists), and bars and massage nearby are Kata and Karon.

Maximum chill and relaxed vibes, with beaches right there, but quite limited bars and massage is NaiYang, Naithon, and Surin.

No chill, no vibe, no beach, some bar and massage is Bang Tao.

Total chill, unknown vibe, no bars, no massage (naughty) is Mai Khao.

I am going to be in Patong for 5 days, Bangkok 5 days. I feel like I will get my fair share of mongering and want a little bit of time for more relaxing. TGT greatly appreciate your advice!

Give some breakdown of Samui areas, as I know they change dramatically between parts of the island.

Personally I have only ever seen Chaweng.

I am currently in Bang Tao, I see everyone walking around with Russian women.

Where do I have to search to finde longtime girls?

I've made several posts over the last few months that discuss this topic. Please look at Koh Samui thread for better description. Nevertheless, here is abridged summary of mongering places on Samui.

1. I know of two major areas for punting: Chaweng and Lamai Beach. I spend little time in Chaweng, so I won't try to give many Chaweng details.

2. Naughty massage shops are scattered all over the island. Many of the shops where ladies dress in pretty uniforms do not provide extras, but some do. My favorite cluster of naughty massage shops is in Lamai on Had Lamai just north of the bridge.

3. Chaweng Bars. I know of two bar clusters for punters to consider. Near Green Mango and Soi Reggae. Unfortunately, walking between these areas is a pain in the neck.

4. Lamai Bars. There are several clusters to visit, all are easily walkable. (1) on Had Lamai at the boxing ring. (2) Approximately across from boxing ring is a McDonald's. Behind McDonald's is a cluster of 4 lady bars. (3) Moon Road is nothing but bars, most of which have ladies for hire. (4) Between Moon Road and Had Lamai 1 is a walking path that includes about 15 lady bars.

Don't expect to find a lot of hotties on Samui, you have to search for the few who are available.

There are hidden away pockets of Thai based mongering supply, but the rest that you see like the Russian "escorts" are high end, high cost, and difficult to acquire.

If you want to play there, try the SB sites, massage republic, and escort sites, being ready to pony up big $'s for the Russian pussy.

And that most of the time won't get you access to anywhere near the quality that you see being escorted around.

I bounced all around Phuket for a week and here were some of my impressions:

Stayed at Kudo for a night. I started the trip off with a bang, having a great 22 yo I met off TF come over for an hour. Great time, GFE, 2 k total. No option for BBFS. After, I explored. I expected more FL at the Kudo pool but really didn't see any. Strolled Bangla for hours and sat and flirted and played games w the bar girls. Stopped into a strip club and for the price of a lady drink, the girls would all have their hands down my pants. Lots of fun but didn't feel like doing the bar fine thing. Bounced over to Illuzion around 1 a. LOTS of hot FLs. Danced and had fun but didn't take any home.

Next stop was island hoping. There are some options on Phi Phi and after midnight, there are a few FL 6's walking around. Plus, there's a massage spot that definitely does everything for 2 k. Short answer, if you want it on Phi Phi, you'll find it.

Rawaii: I didn't realize all the bars you guys mentioned are actually under one roof. Definitely a cool vibe. Met some fun girls, but ended up with another great score off TF.

Ended my trip on Karen Beach with a smoking hot Russian for the day. Met her on SA. $400 usd but felt like splurging at the end. Why go to Thailand and band a Russian?! I don't know. I just felt like it. I agree you get way more bang for your buck, but I just wanted something a little different and someone who spoke great English.

Can't wait to get back! Thanks for all the great advice on here. Phuket is no Pattaya but it is still an all you can eat buffet. There are still 9's to be found and fun to be had, but if you are strictly mongering, Pattaya wins hands down. If you want a mongering / beach vacay: Phuket is the best in the world, a mongering / big city vacay: Bangkok. Pattaya is Vegas to Phuket's Reno. I doubt I return to Pattaya anytime soon, but I will be back to Phuket very soon!

There's 3 bar complexes, Laguna with the nightclub Club Zhu at the back, Gilbis Plaza and Banana Plaza opposite each other.

Then there's bars spread out all over the area, mostly standalone like Ole, or clustered together like around Stumble Inn and other areas.

So, where was it that you ended up in Rawai?

Nice words about Phuket, tho many will still disagree with you.

As to the gogo, which one on Soi SeaDragon did you end up in? Or, was it many LOL?

Been in Phuket for a month and stayed in Patong, Kata and Rawai and this is my experience and report on the situation in the different places.

Patong.

Extremely much LD in general in all places, from massage, gogo, nuru, bars to nightclubs. Many are very beautiful and it is difficult for an untrained eye to see the difference considering how well the surgery in this area has developed. 20 years ago you could see an LD from the airplane, but today it is definitely different and I have seen foreign men, especially Arab and Indian guys, walking hand in hand, having dinner and taking home LD to the hotel without understanding.

- Nuru massage Bangla road.

Has moved from Soi Sansabai to an alley in Bangla road opposite Empire Disco, bigger place and more girls and ld: s but prices and rooms are the same - 1800 bath for 45 min for massage and smoking banana, opens 2 and closes 2 but best lineup from 6-8 after beach.

- Nuru massage in nanai road.

Has really bad range and most look like ld: s, was there looking but went away and is pretty empty thos times I have passed.

- Ladybars in Otop area.

Mostly empty all days of the week, a lot of scamming on ladydrinks and playing dice, the whole are are pretty depressing and feel sorry for many of the barowners that are trying.

- Ladybars in Nanai road.

There is some people every evening in the ladybars in the crossing Soi Banzaan and Nanai road, the quality is maybe not the top but if you want have a few beers, meet some people and girls fort ST, its better to go there then Otop or Bangla.

- Massage saloons.

There are some good quality in Nanai road and Soi Nanairoumjai, seems mostly to be girls with some minor Ld: s but on Rat Uthit Song road its mostly Ld: s (Christine street). Most offer same thing, little massage first, working banana and then smoking banana for 1500 bath, most don't have rooms and showers but only curtains which is a shame. There are several hundred of them and I don't understand how they survive, most of the ones I've passed several times a day have never seen a customer go in or out.

- Gogo bars.

Fun to watch and have a beer but none of the ld: s working there don't go with clients so keep that in mind.

- Watching and contacting girls during daytime in Patong.

Most tourist girls are in front of Barracuda Beachclub in the afternoon and also many in front of hotel four fingers far right on Patong Beach where you watch russian girls, italian men and LD: s play volleyball at sunset. Thiagirls don't go to the beach, sleep and play cards in daytime.

Rawai.

Really strange place and without motorbike you pretty locked, stone dead in the evenings after 10 and I have never seen so many empty bars in any place in Thailand.

- Nuru spa massage Rawai.

The best place in whole Phuket I would say, went there 7-8 times and every time super satisfied, real good quality girls and no ld: s and 45 min with massage and smoking banana it costs 1500 bath, opens 2 and closes 2 and is located close to Mon Tex Mex restaurant. Even worth splitting a taxi for 500 bath from Patong to go there.

- Ladybars.

Many girls who works in the bars look far better then in Patong but many don't go with client. Those who do asks for 2500 for ST and some ladydrinks 200 bath each.

- Massage saloons.

There is massive amount of so called massage saloons in every street but best quality seems to be the bambu huts opposite restaurant Classic Issan. Not so much ld: s as in Patong.

Prices are 1500 bath for massage and smoking banana.

- Laguna Bars & Nightclub.

Pretty empty weekdays, some more people on Saturdays but nothing special and girls seems more interested in ladydrinks then in clients.

- Herbal sauna.

There are both Thai and Russian girls looking for company in herbal sauna clubs as Ton Mai Spa and similar, so if you are fit and feel good you can go there after 7 in the evening, its a lot of girls flirting.

Banks Bar is teared down and there was some other bars mentioned here before that are gone are changed name.

All in all, better quality in Rawai but really booring place. Patong more fun, lesser quality and lot of ld: s.

Kata beach.

There is some massage saloons and bars in Patak road and you have many massage saloons in Kade Kwan road that offers the same thing as all others.
