East China - Shanghai

Been living in Shanghai for a few months now and am not really happy with my whole Chinese experience. Basically the only places to go to get a good fun time are either massage places (BBS) which typically don't speak English and really don't have a fun atmosphere (all businesslike and usually don't allow kissing or anything but minimum service) or the bars like Manhattans where the overwhelming girls are not Chinese but Vietnamese and usually business-focused and WAY overpriced.

As with most things in China, the locals can get sex for around 400-600 RMB from those little barbershops (could call them sweatshops for the attitude of many). Then it is for 1000 RMB to 1500 RMB is typical asking price for the expat-focused stuff (and usually they're not trying to make you happy just try to get your money). As with most of my Chinese experience, everyone is trying to rip you off and not really let you enjoy your time out. It's different from Tijuana, Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, etc.

As far as not going the whole professionals route, I've heard stories (bragging really) of the successes there but in all honesty (even most of the braggarts admit) there's not much there either. Basically the girls here are rich enough to not really need sex or they're from a background where they're trying to rip you off at every turn.

Overall, I'd say it's not fun in China unless you reduce everything to a business equation and then get your jollies from basically having beaten the system (aka "Most people pay 1000 I only paid 500!") until you realize that locals don't even pay half of what you pay anyways. It's a weird, unhappy place to fuck.

Then again if anyone does have any suggestions feel free to shoot me some. I know I'm getting the hell out of Shanghai to go to Philippines come my next vacation and I've basically decided to become a monk until I get away from these money-greedy bitches. I don't mind giving my money away but I hate the idea that people are trying to take advantage of me and steal from me at every turn. Which is what China is all about for foreigners.

Hey to each their own. Money not a problem for me, and that night was bloody cold in SH, my M2 plans fell through, and a girl I was planning to have come by couldn't make it. I could either go to a massage parlour and ask for takeout, sauna it, or try something new. Opted to try something new in the comfort of my home, slight regret, but thought you guys would want to hear about it.

My Chinese is good enough to get local prices (or almost. 200 rmb). The girls can be fun but you need the language. They don't cheat only foreigners. Non Shanghaiese are prime targets too! It's a feudal system and if you have no friends or weak then they will take what they can.

On the brighter side. Some language skills mean 18 and 19 year old hotties since I take the time to build relationships with their mama / papa minders. The girls then need to perform or lose face!

A change of strategy I suggest for the P4P girls.

The others I agree are hard work. Look up Sa Jiao and this explains why! But for the mean time, at least, this is where the money is and so the game continues.

Looks like we don't go the the same places. I only pay 200RMB (must be 150 for locals) for FS in a BBS which usually include BBJ. I must agree that at first the girls are not so friendly, but when you get to know them a bit, and become a regular customer, everything become better and easier. I found a pretty good MP lady I've been banging regularly for 3 years now.

But you are required to know the language and understand how to talk (not just the language) to Chinese girls. For example I recently took an ABC with perfect Chinese to a BBS and told him don't pay more than 300. I took him to a place I go all the time. The 300 is because the girls BBBJ as well as FS. We both go in, come out, and discuss. I paid 300, got two pops in 30 minutes. His girl got 600 out of him for 1 pop. Ridiculous. Experience at those places counts for everything.

Best place to go if you don't have control of the language and the behaviors is a sauna. They don't negotiate the prices. The price is just the price. They're the best bang for the buck anyway. Even if you know how to get the 200 RMB FS, it's not even close to the amenities of the sauna or the time on the clock per RMB. Look up (use the search) SiYuan, Bodi or 999. The price lately is 880.

For the record, your prices in Shanghai are.

Quality sauna (they're cheap ones, too) : 880.

BBS: 200-300 (go to an area with several, if they say 400, just chuckle and start to walk).

Manhattan / Judy's: 800 (one hour)

Qq apartment girls: 300 (or 800 for all night).

Bar girl take home (after 5am) : 1000.

All of those prices can be made lower (even the sauna if you build a relationship with management) , but those are "shut up and lets go" price.

The manhattan / judy price is only good if you go before 11 or after 3am. In the middle is prime time and they know they can get a tourist for 2000, but they'll usually still go with you for 1000.

Especially our Shanghai buddy "ShanghaiNemo" deserves those good wishes.

Since he is a real Gentleman and always supportive.

Stayed at the Swissotel and walked to Manhattan a couple of weeks ago. This was on a Saturday night. I was there from midnight until about 1:30pm.

90% Vietnamese girls, place was fairly packed.

Ranged for 4-8.

Asking prices was 1500. 2500.

I picked out one sexy girl, but she was not willing to drop her price. I didn't want to hang out too late, so I just went to another. That is the only good thing about Manhattan, if you don't work out a deal with one girl, just go to the next.
