I visited Medellin from June 27th to July 1st. First night there I hit the ground running. I visited Las Islas strip club which I was very disappointed. (Note: I live in LA so Tijuana strip clubs have spoiled me). First there is no ATM in the club so you have 2 options. Either bring a ton of cash for the ladies or use your credit card to open a line of credit with the club. In order to start a line of credit you must purchase $80 dollars worth of alcohol first. The woman in the club were gorgeous but all of them were unenthusiastic. The reason could be it was a Tuesday night but anyone that has been to Hong Kong Tijuana knows it is always a party no matter what time. So my friend and I left to Parque Lleras. OMG the woman were gorgeous. Each one better than the other. A sea of women to choose from either walking down the sidewalk or in the pedestrian walkway where the bars and restaurants are. I grabbed a chick each night I was in Medellin this is what I learned. None of the girls I picked had a designated motel therefore they wanted to come to my airbnb. Luckily I picked an airbnb about 3 miles south of Parque Lleras. So I was able to bring them to my room. No problem. The rates range from 300 K COL ($72) to 400 K ($96) a girl will tell you either 1 hour or up to 3 hours. Which sounds like a deal but it really depends on the girl. No matter the time the girl says your paid up to once your done unloading your manhood the girl wants to leave to earn more of course. If you want multiple sessions it costs extra. None wanted CIM. BBBJ costs extra. Some girls don't kiss. Medellin women are masters of makeup. 3 girls I picked looked gorgeous on the outside. But once in my room their bodies were less than steller. They were still good in thd sack so I didn't mind. 1 girl was from Bogota had a gorgeous face and gorgeous body. Second to the last night I went to the Barra Ejecutiva. Even though the venue is smaller the woman were more aimed to please. I found this super cute Venezuelan girl. She was hot had amazing body and amazing session. I even asked her to come to my room the following day. She charged 400 K for 2 hours but stayed longer than that plus multiple sessions. We still talk via whatsapp. I have heard there's another red-light district in Medellin with cheaper prices. But its in a bad neighborhood. Overall as a monger I love Medellin because the woman are gorgeous, sexy accent, and super chill. The prices are the same as Tijuana so if you're looking for a good deal because its further away from the States I don't you getting it. I promise I will return to Medellin. I have the read the forum and am done planning my trip next month (first time in Colombia). I plan on doing mostly a mix of FB, SA and of course I will wander around and see what the casas and clubs are about.
I would like to know where, generally, the hottest women in Medellin hang out whether it is a physical space, an agency or a website. If price is not a problem where would you go to bang 10's (preferably GFE) ?

Second I would go with facebook, only club I have been to is fase dos but that was a very good time.
There is no 1 place where the 10's congregate, you will have to comb through the options you mentioned. Really depends on your type. If you like operadas then strip club will be your best option, Isla or Face are the better ones. The SA and other online (other than FB) will be hit or miss with always the possibility of getting catfished. There is zero guarantee on GFE each girl will be either yes or a no. I have seen in the past 10's asking $300-800 US or even more. Sometimes you will find them for a bit less but not much. They know the game well. Good luck.

Proc & Ryno's is also closed, at the moment. It's down to Hooters & Ay Wey, in the park. Hooters is much cheaper and better looking girls; also, a full menu. I only end up the once every few months, but a light beer at Ay Wey is nearly 20 k pesos, comes in a can, isn't very cold, and is served by a 5 or 6.

Maybe a few of the small Hostels on or near Calle 10 could be converted.
However this probably wouldn't fly with the City, but who knows, maybe legally it's allowed as to what's the difference with the Hotels around the area that allow SW's in with ID, albeit you will be paying quite a bit more than 20 K for a short time room.
And if some short time love hotels were to open up, there would probably be quite an increase in SW's plying their trade on Calle 10.
Perhaps this is a business venture to be investigated. LOL.

Have been to Mexico and San Jose CR a few times and loved it. Now I am venturing off to Medellin the land of Eternal Spring. I am so excited to finally head there after many months of contemplating.
I am looking for some advice on places to stay that are chica friendly and not wanting to charge and a leg for chica fee. I understand that's the game but lets be reasonable.
I have been looking at airbnb I have heard of energy living and saw one that allows you to smoke weed. Dope (no point intended) as well as La Mansion which I heard is a must if I travel there. I guess its like the Del rey in San Jose CR that its a must stay if traveling to either country.
I am so overwhelmed with what I am seeing on youtube. La 70, paruqe lleras, LA 33 etc etc etc.
Any advise apt, hotel, air bnb etc would prefer a balcony with either mountain or city views that you guys can share would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone is out there those dates hope we can link grab some drinks and scope out the talent.

Closed on Sunday & Monday. I'm sure they will return to 7 days a week come USA football season as they get a lot of tourists & ex-pats coming in to watch the NFL games.

You are already in the bad area with cheaper price. Did you negotiate? The girls now have learned to take advantage of mongers and try to get a free swing for home run. There was a discussion about this club not that long ago when a member was quoted 250 mil for a session while other were paying 80 mil. I guess the price will stick when there are enough people paying.

Take care.[/QUOTE]A couple of points. First, there is nothing in Colombia, and in Medellin, that is anything like the Del Rey used to be, or like the Sportsmens, or like Taormina, etc. In San Jose. The Mansion is very small in comparison, and they allow a few girls in the hotel part during the day, but everyone goes through security to get into the hotel, gate is locked, and there are no chicas parading through for your perusal as in the venues in San Jose. In the evening the chicas coming to the Mansion go to the bar next door, which is semi-open but with what is a significant door fee. Again small bar, and nothing like the Sportsmens or Taormina on a Friday night. So basically have no expectations of anything similar to Costa Rica in that regard. The business model of having an open bar, hotel, etc. Where chicas can come and solicit business, and then stay with guests in their rooms on site. Basically that does not exist for all practical purposes. Don't get me wrong, staying at the M can be a great first time experience, if the bar next door ever opens up again, but not the same.
And Airbnbs and guests. Many, if not most, want nothing to do with people like us who want to bring prostitutes into their homes or properties. Same in San Jose. I'm in an airbnb there now that said nothing on their Airbnb listing, but when I got here it is posted clearly on the wall that no unregistered guests allowed, no guests with any connection with prostitution, etc. Same idea in Medellin. So some that specifically allow guests are the only good option if that is what you want to do.
And be careful of anything you see on youtube. Most of it is BS and it is ruining the place for people like us because people that live there also can view these videos and the government and the city are extremely unhappy with how Medellin is being portrayed, and would like nothing better than to find some of these youtube video creators and eliminate them. Don't underestimate the anger over some of what has been posted on Youtube. One in particular where some young American guys were parading a chica through Parque Lleras like a wheelbarrow, all of them in full party mode. You have several million residents and people in power that found this disgusting, and an insult by arrogant assholes using treating their city and country like the people are dirty slaves or something like that.
Anyway. It is a great place to go. Stay under the radar. Enjoy what is available. Be sure your hosts whether a hotel or Airbnb are okay with you bringing in prostitutes. They have every right to not want that and no obligation under law to allow it.
I was recently in Medellin again for nine days. I was there mainly to undergo eye surgery but managed to have some fun before, during recovery, and after as well. Anyway I thought I'd share some thoughts and experiences.
Medical Tourism:
I found out that I have a degenerative eye condition called Keratoconus recently and decided to have it taken care of in Medellin at the Clinica Opthomologica San Diego. I've got a high deductible plan in the US with an HSA and I hate dealing with US insurance due to opaque pricing, scheduling, etc. So being able to book a trip using HSA funds and taking care of the issue in Colombia made a lot of sense for me. If you look up Colombia, they are quite well regarded for eye surgery globally. Bogota is supposed to be even better than Medellin. The Clinica Opthomologica is 7 stories of offices exclusively oriented towards eye treatment. My surgery was pretty involved including implanting intercorneal ring segments and undergoing a course of corneal crosslinking. It took over 2 hours to do both eyes. I'm well into recovery and am super happy with the results. I spent about $3000, which is less than 1/4 of what I would have spent in the US, where crosslinking alone runs $2000-4000 per eye and the intercorneal segment implantation runs $2000 plus per segment (I had 3 implanted). Scheduling was super easy and flexible too. The recovery sucked for a couple of days but went pretty fast after that. I'm happy to share my surgeon's details over PM if anyone is interested. I wouldn't recommend what I did to just anyone. I speak Spanish fluently so I was able to communicate well with my surgeon and support staff. I can see it being more difficult for someone who doesn't speak Spanish. I also have an amiga who let me stay at her house and took care of me for the worst of the recovery. It's not so hard to hire a nurse and comes out to 50-70 k a day as an alternative. Anyway, I personally think this was a great way to spend my tax-free HSA money with employer match and I avoided a lot of the annoying aspects of the US healthcare system in the process. It doesn't hurt that you can deduct travel expenses with HSAs.
Importance of making friends:
As I said a friend of mine I've known for over a year ended up taking me to my surgery and taking care of me. She's done a lot of favors for me before from helping me with shopping to booking dental appointments. I always bring her a small gift from the US and take her out to eat and get drinks. She's a platonic friend I don't have a sexual relationship with. Some of my nonplatonic amigas also offered to take care of me / take me to the operation, but I felt the greatest trust with her. Anyway, at least for the way I roll I think it really helps to make one or two local friends. You need to be a good judge of character, of course since there are a lot of scammer types. But its great to have someone you can ask for recommendations, that is willing to take you places, and that can help you out in cases like mine. I also enjoy my friend's company and have learned a lot from her about life in Colombia. It was interesting to stay in her place at San Javier, which was small but pretty nice. I didn't realize that a lot of people have pay-as-you-go electricity, for example. The fact that we are platonic friends keeps things more stable, which has always been an issue for my nonplatonic amigas.
Hotel Dorado 70:
I stayed here specifically so that I could use things like room service during my recovery and have free reign with visitors. I'm not a huge fan of Hotel Dorado for the price. I much prefer airbnbs where you can get a larger, nicer space for the same amount I spent on the hotel, though I used credit card points to fund most of my stay. I was on the 11th floor and didn't have huge issues sleeping but I could hear la 70 as a dull roar. Tranquility is important to me, so this may be less of an issue for some. I also found the breakfast to be pretty low quality and ended up going to spots like Rituales or Pergamino for half of my breakfasts. Room service was reasonably priced and the food is decent from the restaurant. The fridge in my room didn't work and they never repaired it despite me asking a couple of times. It's pretty easy to get girls in, though. You just register them at the front desk with ID. I even snuck a girl I knew previously who had forgot to bring her ID (I checked her in at a place I stayed earlier in the year and know her) during the day with absolutely no issue. The hotel is full of Colombians and Latin American tourists, so I did feel a bit scandalous a few times given how vocal some of my visitors were. The maid was cleaning the room across the hall from mine when Cristal visited me, and she never quite looked at me the same after that. Anyway, in the future I'll go back to staying in the buildings rented on Airbnb that I like.
Casas:
I went to Zandaly again on the first day I was in town as Cristal the PSE provider on photoprepagos wasn't available. I arrived there at 3 pm on a Saturday, which was the day of the game between Nacional and Millionarios and Zandalys was packed. I don't recommend going there necessarily at those super busy moments. I got to watch five prepagos haul a drunk guy out of the casa onto the stairs when I arrived. It also took forever for them to put on a half-assed lineup due to the pure chaos and packed space. I ended up going with Andrea, who I'd had sex with before in January. I'm pretty sure she didn't remember me, though I didn't try to jog her memory. She did a pretty good job with BBBJ and CIM for a bit extra but I got the feeling she was rushing things. I don't blame her wanting to circle back to make more money due to how many guys were in the casa. I think going between 11 and 1 pm is a much better move for that casa and for casa's in particular. But some people might enjoy that sort of chaos. I also went back to Ellas Erotic and booked with Angel. Angel is a light skinned Venezuelan. She was very sweet but our sexual styles didn't quite gel. She's more about slow sensual and sweet sex while I like things a little rougher and faster. I think she did her best, though so I wouldn't knock her. We had an interesting conversation about Venezuela and life in Medellin as well. So I wouldn't knock her. She's a salsa dancer and you can tell by the way she moves. I'm sure plenty of guys would have a great time with her.
Pro's and Semipros:
I always like to see Cristal from Photoprepagos once per trip. She came to Hotel Dorado and charged me the standard 200 k she charges for a PSE session with anal and 30 k for transport. She cums from anal and is up for most things, so I always enjoy seeing her. It's also fun to hear stories about different clients and experiences she's had. She got pissed because one of her Colombian clients that she pegs exclusively was bugging her nonstop during our session as he was supposed to see her an hour or so after. That's the fun of speaking Spanish and getting to know people a bit and she's got some stories and done some crazy sexual things. She is super loud, which may have caused some scandal at the hotel.

I saw one girl, we'll call her S that I'd seen last trip. She's 19 and has the classic long, black-haired paisa look with a nice, natural body. She hung out for four hours or so and had sex with her a couple times. Was very sweet and told me how much she liked to spend time with me and talk. She's really into asking questions about philosophy and science. Of course, she was waiting for the $$ at the end, though as well. Also saw a new girl, another S, who I took out to eat and spent a good 3 hours with as well. I was scrambling to find someone the day I saw her so she was probably a bit below my normal standards. But she was good company and the sex was decent. Anyway, I think my approach works pretty well for me to maximize positive experiences. I stay away from girls who quote "per hora", in dollars, or aren't willing to tell me much about themselves and tend to find women who are happy to hang out, friendly, and give very GFE service.

I find it harder to line up dates than it was right after the pandemic. This may be due to more tourism and more negative experiences with other gringos. I had six girls make plans with me but a four of the six flaked (though the tend to come back and ask for another chance for whatever reason). I went on a couple dates with one woman in her 30's. I met her at Centro Comercial Arcadia where she works first and then she came to stay the night with me at the hotel the next day. She was decent enough looking to give her a shot but I ended up not liking how we had sex (no BJ on her part). The funny thing is that we'd been Facebook friends for over a year and I hadn't messaged her before I saw one of her stories while in Medellin. I made plans to see her again but she got sick with a high fever and vomiting the day before going home. But I'm hopeful we will go out again when I come back for my post-surgery checkup and lens fitting in 3 months.
The microbrewery scene in Medellin is a lot of fun by the way. There is typically a cover band playing 80's and 90's rock in English and Spanish in addition to food and beers. I've been to both 20 Mission and tres Cordilleras at this point and taken a couple of different chicas. It still surprises me how much Colombians seem to love 80's and 90's rock in English. It's funny to see girls singing along to Nirvana, Van Halen, and Gun's and Roses. The girl I was with even taught me a new phrase "chirriar" which she said refers to hangouts where you drink beer with your friends and listen to rock music.
This has probably been covered before but what is the overall consensus of facebook vs seeking? I am staying at the mansion a month from now but I heard the bar is closed and the girls at the pool are limited so I decided to not take a chance and line things up for my arrival in August. The women I see on seeking look amazing but I haven't contacted yet to know if they are scams ore asking ridiculous American prices.
