Ukraine/Kiev is easy and safe.
Easy because you probably don't need a visa and there are lots of opportunities for someone who doesn't speak the language (of course much better opportunities for someone who does!) and there are many organized and well publicized mechanisms for western guys to meet EE girls, be they pros, semis or freebies. And Ukraine is cheaper than Russia (or Moscow at least). Maybe Moldova is cheaper still, I don't know, but is probably harder for a newbie to figure out. 112 (is it still open?), Shooters and Caribbean. There some upscale places you can find more info on in the Ukraine, Kiev forum. I know one is Decadence.

The first three places are the ones you are likely to find women open to foreign men and maybe a few "part-timers", at least that's my experience on both accounts.

Aifares from Western USA now over 1 grand. Visa requirements are flakey and confusing.

Cannot own land or business there as a foreigner, the whole Country seems designed to pick you upside down empty your pockets and get you out.

Advantages, most speak pidgin English with educated doing better.

Many Central American countries have longer visa allowances up to 3 months, much lower visa fees.

Women not as phoney as Filipinas, imo, least the ones on chat.

Do not speak English, a major barrier.

Not sure on land or biz laws, probably equally difficult there.

More expensive than Phil, but not by much. History of being more violent than other regions. Airfares less than to Phil but still quite high.

Mexico-can get up to 6 months on visa as USA citizen. Substancially more expensive than Phil or C. A. Quality of poon is poor often, but if you're selective you can do ok. Can find areas with relatively good climate. Serious problem with violence due to recent drug war activity, not just in border towns. Cheaper to get their option for bus or air travel.

Anyone lived in more than one of these regions/countries that care to add to this? I have been all over Mexico, but never lived there to extended periods. You have to be careful where you walk and what you eat.

This board is dead I believe for a few reasons. One reason is most of the men are already married. Another is that others have been burned by divorce and only seek STR. Other still are WM (Western Men) that for whatever reasons are unhappy dating at home and prostitution is illegal - I raise my hand...

So America is "Sex Prison" in more ways than one. I am dabbling in P4P/STR only as a stop gap to LTR.

I would share what I know about either country, but I only have limited experience with Mexico and wider experience with Western Europe and tiny bit of Eastern Europe.

There are plenty of Phips in the Los Angeles area and a large Asian population in California for that matter. I don't see much advantage to going to the source. If you plan is to live somewhere else to get a more favorable standard of living then going local makes sense I suppose.

Have you considered Costa Rica or Colombia? Seems to have more American expat activity these days.

Have a look at the Argentina forum. A lot of mongers from US living there on a permanent way renewing their visa with a day trip to Colonia/Uruguay when needed.
