The price is always all inclusive.

Two years ago Vancouver was the place to go for street walkers. Has that changed?
Not really certain, but I believe there is still some SW's left in Vancouver. Canada also passed a new law see-36 that makes it a "crime to communicate for sale of sexual services". I am not certain if LE can arrest you merely for talking to a SW. The police stated that the new law is not a priority. If anyone has any info to clarify the see-36 law please post.

I lived in Vancouver from 1993-1994 and I was astounded at the amount of girls working and the quality available. There were girls everywhere.
Downtown and the suburbs.
I moved back to Toronto in 95 and have visited Vancouver as recently as 2010 when things had become much different. There was little SW action compared to what I was used to and the quality of available girls downtown was very low.

There will be scattered SW's on the outlying streets going to and from these areas. You can also cross the bridge into Surrey, but that's a hassle if you're staying in town. Police do not enforce any of the prostitution laws so unless you're blatant in front of a cop then there's generally no issue. Cost usually $40-80 although less is possible especially in the downtown east side. AMPS run about $120/45 mins, mid range backpage / craigslist girls about $160 and the high middle / elite girls running from $200 and up.
