It is for this reason ("some people may have adverse reaction") that, I suggest "do not advocate medication" on the open forum.

Members here, me & you included, may not be aware of others' medical condition and any other medications they may be taking and how it would affect the advice taker.

Under the circumstances I would rather point the OP to a reasonably good source of information & let him decide or else ask him to seek proper medical advice, rather than advocate it and publish a disclaimer also.

What you do is upto to you.

BTW, my responses are borne out of ignorance, but not in the manner you mean. It is actually "ignorance of medical knowledge" and "ignorance of advice seeker's medical condition".
