Arriving on Wingo from SDQ (I don't live in a sex prison country), immigration line was 40 minutes at 2:30 AM.
Exited immigration and customs and still did not the mother fucking sign everyone is talking about up in here. Side note: For anyone who likes to drink, Dufry prices do not compare to what you can get in the city. I checked out some Bombay Gin and declined. You can get 2 1 liter bottles for 42 USD. You can get it in the city for 44000 COP for 750 ML.
First taxi offer was 98000 COP, I declined. Second taxi offer was 90,000 COP, I declined. I had my driver meet me at my arrival point. My normal driver was not available as it it was his day off. So, he arranged for an associate of his to take his place. His associate got out of his car, opened the trunk and and opened my door and closed it behind me like I was a VIP. Inside of the taxi he confirmed my destination as his associated had provided the information to me. I arrived at my destination without incident. I gave the driver 120000 COP. And I noted the surprised look on his face. And he thanked me profusely. I don't give a fuck about the posted rate. I got good service and whatever the rate actually is then the amount above that is a personal gift. I have never complained about the overcharge and in fact I have made fun of people who have a problem with the fact I paid 5-7 USD more. Other Cheep Charlies can take the mother fucking bus or Uber. I am a VIP. I know it and got the mother fucking stack to back it up.
Medellin is a breath of fresh air to me. Colombia is about it's business. And I don't even need to pay 800000 for the finest pussy in Medellin. I got a girlfriend. So, if you are reading my posts for information on where the hos at, I got nothing for ya right now. And in fact you don't need that information. I know where they are and everyone reading this thread does also.
Today was a holiday and I decided to walk around and orient myself without the crowds and I saw plenty of girls to I would be willing to pay to fuck on El Centro. I took time to enjoy a good Colombian meal. Stopped to look at a belt. The vendor modified the belt to fit me exactly. It was 100 percent leather and he charged me 25,000 for the belt and modification. I was like what the fuck?
The highlight of my trip was that I hooked up with a very sexy Colombian girl. I am new to Medellin. And I see potential. But I will never give up on the Dominican Republic. It is great to have access to both. And it is even better that I don't have to choose. Sorry for all those with their hard core preferences. I get the best of both worlds.
MDE: It took me 73 minutes to clear the immigration line to leave the country. I saw three people using the BioMag. There went through in 20 seconds. I am going to look into how to get that shit!
Interesting factoid: When I returned from MDE to SDQ I did not have to wait in a line in immigration. I was the only person on the plane that was not from the Dominican Republic.

The regular contributors in this thread can advise you better on Medellin. I've spent a total of three weeks there over the years and have dated and / or banged five women I can remember. I've actually banged a lot more paisas outside of Medellin than in the city. Also, I've only spent a week in Mexico City. But I know Panama City, Costa Rica, and Cartagena reasonably well. Also, be aware I'm not that price sensitive. I'm more likely to pursue higher cost options than some here.
They're all worth visiting. If I were looking to wife up with a hooker for a week, Cartagena would be my choice hands down.
But anyway here's my two cents. I throw in Cartagena to some of the categories for your comparison.
Beauty of Women -- For the more attractive women, Cartagena, Medellin and Mexico City tied for first, with Panama a c*nt hair behind. The cities are all drawing from the same pool, Colombian and Venezuelan hotties, with a considerable number from Medellin and the surrounding area. Mexico City, and to a lesser extent Panama have hotties from other countries as well. For all women, not just the most attractive, Medellin is #1, Cartagena #2, Mexico City #3, and Panama City last. When people see an attractive looking woman in Panama, they'll often assume she's a hooker from Colombia or Venezuela. Costa Rica doesn't rate highly because immigration there is trying to shut out the Colombians and Venezuelans. Just considering the natives, I'd rate Costa Rica ahead of Panama and Mexico City.
Club or bar scene with hookers - Cartagena is #1. Costa Rica is in a tie for 2nd. You can stay at the Taormina hotel in San Jose and or the Cocal in Jaco, and just bang the women in the clubs and casinos in the same hotel complex. Panama ties with CR. There's one hooker bar called Habanos where a lot hang out, as well as the Ocean Sun Casino, in the old Trump hotel. There's a place in #4 Medellin called Gustos that reputedly is overpriced. The experts here can advise. Mexico City is last. If you prefer higher end options the best are escorts in Mexico City.
Massage Parlors, Brothels and Strip Clubs -- I can only rate Panama and Costa Rica, and give the edge to Panama. If you go there, don't miss Golden Time (brothel). LE Palace strip club is worth a look, although I've never pulled from there. Costa Rica does have some decent cheaper massage options, and Panama's got a couple of dirt cheap brothels if you're happy doing the deed in 15 minutes.
Girl friendly accommodations -- Mexico City is #1. Hotels are typically girl friendly. Panama #2. You should find good AirBnb options, and if you pick and choose you'll find a good girl friendly hotel. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in Panama and nobody ever prevented me from entering with a date, but I'm crafty. I'm going to take a wild guess here and say Medellin is #3. And Costa Rica is #4, at least in San Jose.
Food -- Mexico City is first. Panama City is #2. Cartagena next. Medellin and Costa Rica come in last.
English Friendly -- Costa Rica #1, Panama #2, Mexico City #3, Medellin and Cartagena tied for last.
Other things to do -- This depends on whether you want to stay in the city, do long day trips, or actually are willing to spend a few days in an area where you have to BYOP (bring your own poontang) . For having a lot to see close to the city, I'd rate Mexico City #1. Chapultepec Park, the Anthropology Museum, and especially the ruins at Teotihuacan are all worth seeing. Costa Rica would be best for day trips, to volcanos and the rain forest. Manuel Antonio National Park would make a good, long day trip from Jaco, Costa Rica. The Arenal volcano / hot springs area is a great place in Costa Rica to visit if you're willing to spend a couple of days. Panama City has the canal close by. If you're willing to spend 6 hours or so driving, the trip to Chiriqui province from Panama City along the coast and then into the mountains. Is great. Bocas del Toro is worth a visit too. Medellin comes in last in this category.
Climate -- I prefer a cooler climate. As such I'd rate Mexico City first, Medellin second, San Jose Costa Rica third, and Jaco, Panama and Cartagena last.

Woould love your 2 cents.[/QUOTE]I never been to Panama and Costa Rica so I can't give you input for both, but I've been to Cartagena and Medellin for the past 3 years. As much as I love Cartagena, I would always pick Medellin as the better city.
Here are my perspective of why:
Medellin is a bigger city and you have more options when it comes to finding women and daytime or tourist attractions. Weather is also cooler.
Parque lleras: This is the number one spot for night time activities. You can find huge amount of working girls here that ranges from 6-7. Some 8's as well, but you have to look. There's also a lot of nightclubs here where you can take the girls, if you want to dance and drink. You'll have more options as the night goes by especially after midnight.
Gusto: It is located inside Parque lleras. It compares to Dolce Vita or Space in Cartagena. Nightclub with working girls hanging around inside. I don't really recommend this spot cause the girls here will charge you gringo prices. I had one girl tried to charged me $300 USD for an hour LOL. Quality of girls here ranges from 7-9.
Strip clubs and brothel:
La isla: I'd recommend this spot and I'm pretty sure you'll find what you're looking for here. Very huge and has more seating than Fase dos or you can just chill at the bar. Plenty of beautiful girls to choose from. I recommend to come after midnight. I had a good time on my last visit. You can take the girls out for a fee or you can get a room and do the deed directly at the club. There's 50,000 pesos entry fee. Quality of girls ranges from 7-10.
Fase dos: I was never disappointed whenever I come here. A smaller club but you will get a variety of girls to choose from if you come after midnight. Quality of girls ranges from 6-8.
Loutron: it's one of Pablo Escobar's house turned into brothel. It's a huge house that has bar, pools and entertainment. You will be given a lined up of girls. The girls will come to you one by one to Introduce themselves and tell their names. I went on a Thursday night and was given a lined up of 8 girls. I had a hard time picking one LOL. Depending on which day you go, you get more variety on the weekend. The quality ranges from 7-10. After you picked the girl, she will escort you to the room and have your fun.
There's a lot of Guest friendly Airbnb's in Medellin. Last Airbnb I stayed at was guest friendly and a 5 minutes walk to Parque lleras. You just have to look and ask the host first before booking. There's also a lot of cheap motels you can find near Parque lleras if you don't want to bring the girl back with you in your hotel or Airbnb.
