Sorry for the delay in posting this FR. I promised myself to finish all pending tasks of 2018. So here it is on Dec 31st.

She is a WG whom I contacted via SP S (lady SP of HSR area). It is no secret that SP S mostly has downmarket material but sometimes you hit upon a fresh gem who is still new to business. Plus affordability & proximity goes in favor of SP S.
