As one brother recommended me to use Forex card for getting pm active keeping that in mind I have went to ICICI bank to purchase one but they are asking me several documents like passport, Visa and ticket. As I don't have any of these and want only for getting my pm active what should I do now to get one Forex card without these documents. Or is there any alternate way of getting my subscription paid. Hope you guys help me out of these.

Had this CIS from SpSid the other day. Location was at Samrat H, which is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, but it's pretty much run down at this point. But I still payed the premium for incall.
