From my first trip in August I can say that there is definitely a difference in the quality of girls between El Centro and other venues. What I found anecdotally is that paying more will get you better girls and a better experience but only up to a point. What qualification does it require to be on seeking? You just have to pay for what you like from where you find them. The first difference is really how they are dressed between different venus
