I haven't seen much of that element, thankfully. I was detailing pretty much the exact opposite of that aspect. I suppose it all depends on what your goals are, how much time you're willing to invest (or waste), and how much of a PIFA you're willing to endure. Just offering a different point of view. After having eaten three meals of rice a day for 40 years and being allergic to exercise, the vast majority are fat and ugly. You will find the rare pretty, slim one, so worth a punt. I have run across several in the age range that you are looking for.
