I felt I was taken advantage of and overcharged as I was a first timer.

My bill at the end came to 1750 CHF which is ludicrous to me. I paid it at the time as I couldn't even see the total on the machine when I paid on my card. I was so pissed I couldn't even walk straight. But upon looking at my statement the next day I was shocked. I will certainly be trying to argue the bill.

What will the management say to me? And how should I make contact?

Big debate in the Brazil threads where I have been a proponent of using cash for a number of reasons. This is one of them. Although, in Switzerland when it comes to credit card fraud, I don't have the same concerns that I do in Brazil.

The girls can't order drinks without your permission. Either you give them your bracelet with the number (and key) or you have to be there.

Likely they said "can we go get drinks" and you said sure. Maybe even "whatever you want" or something like this. Maybe they asked to get champagne, and you said yes thinking it was a glass only. If they wanted to rip you off, once you give them your key they could go clean out your cash locker.

It's unlikely you were in the VIP room. It is 100 an hour, and I don't think they allow half-hour blocks. So that would add 200 to the list above.

Key question was how long were you in the room. Per when you arrived and left, etc, you should have a rough idea? If it was 60 minutes, then maybe something is fishy. If 90 mins or more, then price seems right.
