I am junior member on this forum because I rarely travel to India.

What I do to tackle this is.
Whenever I approach a new SP.
1. I make sure the pics he send are not from previous frauds.
2. After finalizing the chick, warn him in a firm tone if the girl is not same, he will have a tough time.
3. With new SP, always call at a hotel where the management won't mind if a scene is created (Usually my friend's hotel in gurgaon).
4. When the chick arrives, I leave my phone and wallet at reception and go out with nothing but clothes (not even watch).
5. Ask them to show the girl by rolling down window, if they ask for money first or ask me to sit in, I plainly refuse at first and second attempt, leave at third attempt.
6. If the chick is not same, I immediately refuse and leave. (even if I like what is sent but not same, I still turn back so that I can negotiate with master SP).
7. Not a penny more than what was discussed in any circumstance.
P.S: Running more than 30 minutes late than designated time is also an indication of bad times ahead. I refuse under such cases as well.
