The robberies are not limited to night time. Most robberies reported here or elsewhere are not in strange neighborhoods.
The first time I went to la isla, way back in the day, it was amazing. Half the girls there were hot. The other two strip clubs were great too. 25% of the girls there were hot. The last time I went post pandemic it was awful. I saw one girl that was hot at la isla but her personality sucked so I didn't take her. The other clubs were awful and empty. I don't know if the pandemic is the reason why it sucks in 2023. Someone here that's been living there the last few years would be more qualified to answer that. Gustos and the park were horrible. It's like a magic ugly stick came and touched the city, and now all all the girls are old, hardened look, and a ton of makeup. Enjoy but I'll fly the extra 5 hours and go to Rio.

They were kicked out of some hotels and prohibited from entering some restaurants and shops.

Also, when selecting the departing city, I selected Florida as the city because in the previous version, that was the option I used. By making those three changes, it worked the first time. So I don't know which is causing the bad gateway.

Unfortunately because of the onslaught of the new mongers here who used to frequent SEA, and from many others places since the Pandemic, these new mongers since Colombia opened up eight months after the Pandemic have changed many things for foreign mongers in Centro now.
Sometimes I see these mongers as though I was somewhere in SEA who typically have a beer in one hand, and a Cigarette in the other.
Some of them, but not all of them I find disgusting, not only by their personal habits and appearance, but with there dealings with the SW's, and the locals who frequent Centro daily, hence leaving what I call a tarnished image for all of the foreign mongers here of which many are good guys.
As a result of this, the mongering environment is very different than before the Pandemic.
And it's not just the older mongers but also the younger mongers who have contributed to tarnishing all the foreign mongers, as though we have a stigma.

Result: I don't even arrive at the last page, it fails on step 3 with a "504 Gateway Time-out".
I do not think that there is an offending content in my form, but their server that doesn't work, and maybe they will fix it too late for me.
I have taken and printed all the screenshots, so I can prove my due diligence, but their process doesn't work.
BTW, first time in 6 trips.

I was getting the same error on my last trip, but I was using the Frequent Traveler option like Fun Luvr mentioned. I didn't use that option and then tried another computer with another browser. That worked, but I don't think I had to use a different computer or browser.
I'm back in Bogota and had no issues using my iPhone the other day. Didn't use Frequent Traveler either.
