a while ago i went for an appetizer on maitri chit street in chinatown (sorry, this is bangkok, the next 6 sessions are in pattaya), just 5 minutes walk from hualamphong train and mrt station. the girl said 1000, i said 700, and she skipped off upstairs so quickly i'm sure she would have accepted less. i followed, a studious-looking guy asked 100 for the room and handed me a sliver of soap and a condom.

the girl is to my taste, but she would obviously be out of place in the fishbowl of a soapy. too dark, to begin with. the en suite bathroom is about 50cm wide, with a bucket for the shower. i've been in worse rooms for two or three times the price. but that's not saying much.

the following saturday in soi 6, i stroll down and don't spot any of my targets at their bars. i spot a spinner i didn't notice before, with one of those dyed blonde anime hairdos. i take her upstairs and she turns out to be one of the worst performers i've had in recent memory, all "you too big", declining doggy (because i'm "too big"), "you come quick now", and so forth and so on. this wasn't a problem, as it rather fit with the feeling of bonking a barbie doll made out of very lifelike warm plastic. i actually got along with her quite well too in a businesslike kind of way, and i found out that she normally works in one of the rainbow bars in nana. so why is she slumming it in soi 6? because she has a japanese boyfriend who is sponsoring her not to work. he knows many ladies in bangkok, and he'll find out if she's working there. so now she's doing it for 700 a go instead, making it up in volume. she'll have to improve her attitude though if she wants to compete on soi 6, where we aren't used to pay for being snubbed.

next i strolled back and though i still didn't spot my target, i went into her bar where i was followed in by a girl who was a bit more tattooed and slutty, but who hit my buttons in just the same way. absolutely blissful session follows upstairs. she falls asleep in my arms afterwards. for sure i'll return the next day. 800b for her, including tip, 300 for the room, as ever.

the rest of the evening i spend in gogos, the last one being a grungy little hole off walking street, called smile girls or something. very filthy in a good way if you're comfortable with confronting your mortality.

finally i wander off to my room, picking up a regular massage girl on the way, as she was shutting up the shop where she works (and lives). she always stays lt for 1000, but i'm not demanding. i don't give more specifics because there's absolutely nothing remarkable about her or where i found her, it could have been at any of the many little massage shops, the moment was right and i met her eyes, and we turned out to suit each other.

the next day i head off to soi 6 again in the afternoon, where not one but two of my targets are now at their posts. i go for the less gfe one first, her face is not that beautiful, though she has a lovely goofy smile that comes out if she's in the mood, but her body reliably blows my mind.

at the second bar i spot saturday's girl first, but regretfully have to pass on her for her cuter colleague who i missed the previous day. (on a subsequent trip, i took them upstairs together.)

to end off the weekend, i went to [url=http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord901][CodeWord901][/url]'s where a brave girl performed a gruelling task to get me off for the fourth time that day. she did it with such selfless dedication that i was concerned for her state of mind.

prices where not mentioned are standard and on the forum.

To the seniors and more experienced with the pattaya scene - I was planning on making a trip to Pattaya and was wondering if New years would be a good time visit or does the supply demand become unfavorable for a first time visitors. I know there are plenty of girls but obviously with lot more potential customers, chances of us getting ripped of increase many fold.

Would it be better to visit in December before Christmas? Any feed back is appreciated.

It would be pretty difficult to pick a WORST time of the year to visit Pattaya than on New Years. It is the biggest holiday in Thailand and somewhere between 25% to 50% of the girls goes home to visit their families for a few weeks, months or never return at all.

Also around this time of the year the bars try to make a lot more money and double their bar fines and the girls are also a lot less negotiable. You would certainly be better off here before Christmas, they for the most part do not know what it is or celebrate it.

Absolutely correct. Prices are up accross the board during New Year when demand peaks, so expect to pay more for hotels, flights, girls - while the quality of service tends to nosedive (no pun intended) during the same period. You can still have a great time but be prepared to be more selective and spend extra money.

I have the luxury of spending ten months of the year in Asia and I hug the low season as a rule because costs are down and the quality of service is generally better. Luckily the high season in Thailand and the Philippines (Nov-March) is the low season in places like Vietnam (outside of the Hanoi and HCMC) in my experience, so bargains are always available and the girls a little hungry.

The other non-mongering factor to bear in mind is that the "high season" in Thailand reflects demand and not necessarily the weather. The weather is hot and fine in Pattaya in December but down south in places like Samui and Koh Phangan the monsoon kicks in around November just when the so-called "high-season" begins. Consequently a lot of naive Europeans end up experiencing a very soggy, expensive holiday simply because they assumed the high season correlates with good weather. Not always the case in LOS.

If I may inquire when is the Low and High Seasons in Pattaya. I was there last month and remembered what I paid for Hotel, Girls, Etc. ?

If you have time you could head up near Soi 16 and find the bar where a ton of Russians are hanging out. Then you can buy a bottle of vodka + mixers and sit there all night inviting people / girls to drink with you. The goal here would be to nail a girl on a holiday, not a FL.

LOW season - 1 MAY to 31 OCT

or whatever time period the hotels can influence you to be "high" season. MANY have a surcharge between 25 DEC and 3 or 4 JAN (evidenced by "mandatory" buying of food/room rates etc)

Simply put - RAINY SEASON is LOW, DRY SEASON is HIGH (particularly in prone to flooding Pattaya)

This year I have to take holidays during christmass and new year eve. I have been to Thailand several taimes but in November or March, so I am wondering how much crowded it will be in christmass period. I am considering Pattaya Phuket or Krabi(where I have not been yet). My first choice would be Pattaya but I wonder if it's so crowded that you do not find place in beer bars or restaurants. Do girls lift up prices in that period? Do you still find decent girls if you arrive at christmass? I usually go to beer bar and not gogo.
