If walking from the Dragon, go out the main gate between South Post and Main Post, turn right and walk down the tree-lined street to the main intersection (3-minute walk) , cross it and you're at the beginning of Itaewon. You'll notice the arched sign over the street indicating it's Itaewon (If you don't feel like walking, take an AAFES taxi from the Dragon for a few bucks). That's main drag with various English-speaking shops, bars and restaurants. Walk straight one long block and you'll see a Burger King ahead of you but directly across the street. If you look across the street to your left you'll see the Hamilton Hotel. Cross the street leading to Burger King, continue straight the equivalent of about a block until you see a wide alley and turn right (notice the fire station). You are now at the heart of the sleazy club area in Itaewon and should readily notice all of the small clubs. The alley goes slightly uphill but take your first left and visit the clubs on that steeper hill, aka the infamous Hooker Hill. Those club girls are real seasoned hustlers, so watch yourself. Most any fantasy can be fulfilled in those clubs but you'll pay for it.

As for RLDs, I would suggest going to Miari. To get there, go back to the main drag, find a subway entrance, walk down the very long stairwell to the subway station and look at the Seoul subway map and find Gireum or Kireum, depending on how it's spelled. It's on a different line from the Itaewon line, so take note of where to change subways, perhaps once or twice. Note that some subway stations no longer have manned ticket booths, just machines, so you may have to ask someone for help in buying a ticket. Depending upon which subway exit you walk out of in Gireum, you might find yourself either across the street or kitty corner from the RLD, but just look for the dirty streamers hanging down from the entrance to a small alleyway (someone has posted a picture of it on this forum so look for it). That is the infamous Miari, a mere shell of its former heyday. The "glass houses" will have dark, tinted glass and it might appear nobody is there, but you should notice a slight purple glow emanating from some of the glass houses. The purple lighting inside the glass houses accentuates the looks of the girls and emits an aura of beauty (smart advertising, IMO!). Those are the glass houses that are still open and the mamasans will readily beckon you in if you're Asian or less so as a foreigner they're willing to accept. Expect to pay 70K-80K Won for a quickie.

As for Filipinas, have not been in Seoul since early 2006 so can't advise you, but if you have time, take a shuttle bus from the Yongsan Garrison bus station to Osan Air Base. It's about a 60-90 minute ride. The clubs outside Osan Air Base are full of Filipina "juicy girls" (so named because you'll pay 20K Won and up for an orange juice for them whilst you chat with them at your table) , some for takeout to local sleazy hotels for a quickie for an additional fee. If you're still on active duty, watch out for the Osan AB security police as they keep a watchful eye on military members and might try to nail you for "pandering in prostitution" or other charges if seen walking with a Filipina bar girl to a hotel. I speak from experience on that one. Got arrested 3 times by those! $% assholes during my military career.

As for massage parlors, they're all over Seoul but tend to be either totally legit or full service, so you'd have to find a full service parlor if you specifically want a topless HJ. Read the forum for more specific details on which parlors might suit you.

In many countries, you are able to find girls / ladies in bars and specially hotel bars. One place where I couldn't see that yet is Seoul:

Besides the whole "unwelcome foreigner" issue at many of these spots, I am wondering if there is any danger of being arrested / fined when frequenting such establishments from the authorities, especially in lieu of these "Anti-Prositution" laws in effect here. Any information would be appreciated.

Check out Miari it's at Gireum Station on line 4 (the light blue line). Walk up exit 10 to your right you can't miss it. As far as police and fear of arrest, don't be. Korean cops are in a word inept. The won't be walking through the RLD because that's the only way to navigate the area, it's just bunch of narrow ally's.

Thanks[/QUOTE]No real need to worry about being arrested unless you are doing something really stupid. Most Korean cops really don't want to confront a foreigner due to their limited English skills. In the few times I have talked to Korean police, I always feign stupidity. It once got me out of a traffic ticket; another time a DWI. Yes, a foreigner is still rather unwelcome when trying to get the hottest working girls, but that's the price we pay.
