May depend on your nose. I have caught Chlamydia years ago in an eye from fingering a girl and then rubbing my eye. So its easy to catch. Fortunately also very easy to treat with antibiotics. Condoms and washing hands helps a lot. I don't think I have caught anything for at least 8 years.
