And yes I can assure you that out of my sample not once they have arrived less than 30 minutes late, including one that only bothered to tell me he was late when I pinged her 45 minutes after our arranged time and told me she could not make it (and then went ballistic when I told her I was not interested in rescheduling, she was lecturing me on professional behavior, truly amazing, I felt I was in Argentina).

Hard to believe it's been four, long years!! I am excited but feel a little trepidation. Every little change will sadden me, even the improvements.
