So really if he's perceptive enough he will find out where to score pretty easily.
The question though is should he. And in my opinion that is a NO. Tijuana despite what anyone says here is not the safest of places in the world. And as an Asian you stand out. Every beggar will be begging you, every street girl will go ch-ch-ch to get you to take her to a room, every club promoter will be hounding you to go into their club, and every street vendor will want to try to sell you some food. Suffice it to say all eyes will be on you, because they will think you have money. So with all the horror stories you hear about corrupt cops shaking down foreigners (to which I have seen last week with my very own eyes) do you really think it's a good idea purchasing and smoking weed on your very first trip to Tijuana? Where are you even going to smoke it anyway? In a dark alley somewhere by yourself? In your hotel room where there's a bunch of cumboys that will probably smell it? Out in the open where there are cops everywhere, and I really do mean they are everywhere. Cops might not bug the locals because they have been paid off, but believe me they wouldn't hesitate to bring you down.

like many on this board, i monger all over the earth. a universal rule in every country is the
experience versus "what is the worst that could happen?". in almost every case, the
worst case scenario for drug conviction outside of the us is so incredibly out of proportion to
the benefit, it is simply not worth it.
if you want to get high. good luck. but for those of us who know the world, we advise against.

providers, be a subject we don't ever talk about on this site. guilt by association, and the oh so easy

Phordphan gave you solid advice, as well as telling you what bar that will support your need. When I walk by the place, almost every week, I smell the weed coming from the place. You should thank him for the information.
So at this point, you have a couple of choices: You can either listen and learn from the experience of others OR you could just ignore us "old farts" and dive in and take your chances. Good luck either way.
The advice you received is worth adhering to, don't even think about illegal drugs outside the USA. The stories of those who are killed are usually involved with drugs in some way. I am comforted knowing that those of us who go to Tijuana for the ladies are in a protected status so to speak, we are the customers. If you are not going to Tijuana for the ladies get high in the USA or get high before you cross over. Those of us who don't use drugs don't like to corrupt our site with anything other than what this site is designed for. This site will give you great advice about almost any place in the universe you could ever dream of going, we value that very highly!
I have spent many years on this forum and have never flamed anybody. I just don't believe in it. We are all here to help each other get laid and make friends with people who have similar interests period.
With that said I find your posts to be painfully infantile both in the Streetwalker thread and more obviously this one. So much so that it pains me to believe that people like you actually exist.
At least purchase a senior membership so people can ball you out via pm without wasting precious bandwith. Your best chance in Tijuana is having an old timer show you the ropes but I don't know who would be silly enough or kind enough to risk their well being.

Drugs:
The police in Mexico are very friendly and helpful to tourist when trying to buy illegal drugs. Any tourist can walk up to the first police officer they find and get helpful advice and guidance on where to find drugs. In almost all cases the police will assist the individual with a ride in their car and even give the individual accommodations during their stay in Mexico. Though some have reported the accommodations are slightly below a five star rating.
There is no need to go all the way to the zone to ask for drugs and I would highly advise against going to the zone to ask for your drugs. The best thing to do once you go through the turn styles and enter the Mexican side of the boarder is go immediately up to the very first police officer or soldier you see and ask them where you can buy your drugs, doing this will save you the extra five to ten minutes cab ride it takes to get to the zone plus the five dollar cab fee, this is money you will desperately need later.
Almost all drugs in Mexico are distributed by club organizations, these organizations are similar in many ways to the Moose clubs or Knights of Columbus in America though their initiation and penalty for early withdrawal can be somewhat more severe. These clubs engage in many fun activities like marksmanship, carving and rumor has it that almost all members are fascinated with Houdini the escape artist and often engage in fun activities like tying individuals up and seeing who can be the best escape artist. Some of the newer member of the club who are hoping to earn their merit badges will be the individuals you will approach for your drugs or who may approach you. These individuals will be easy to recognize as in many instances their appearance is similar to the American homeless. These will be fine upstanding individuals, you can go down allies with, enter buildings and houses where you don't know anyone and feel completely safe with these individuals. But again there is no need to go to the zone to find these individuals; these individuals can be found anywhere. If you decide not to follow the above advice of asking a police officer, then once you pass through the turn styles on the Mexican side simply start asking everyone you see where you can find your drugs, within sixty seconds one of these individuals will approach you. Follow them where ever they lead you and stay with them as long as they like, they can provide accommodations for you and will introduce you to situations you never thought in your wildest dreams you would find yourself in.
Final Thoughts:
STAY THE FUCK OUT OF THE ZONE WHEN LOOKING FOR DRUGS. Gringos going down to the zone to buy drugs will draw unwanted attention and scrutiny to a hobby which already has enough evangelists and crusaders trying to end it. Bringing a gringo drug trade into the zone will only destroy the zone and shut it down. If I ever see you down there trying to buy drugs I will report you to the police myself.

Arrived at the border just before 8pm courtesy of Tres Estrellas via Santa Ana bus depot $30 roundtrip. Still daylight and safe decided to walk the 10 minute distance to HK, first stopping at the pharmacy just after the bridge for one Ciales $4. Even after numerous trips to Tijuana over the years, I still find myself on guard and scanning my surroundings making sure no one is right behind me. Did not see many chicas at the alley this time, and the few that were there did not catch my eye. The police were highly visible and abundant which made the area feel safe. Sadly didn't see any of my past regulars.
HK confirmed my online reservation made the day prior for a room with two beds on the sixth floor $60 plus a refundable key deposit $10. The room was nice with the best benefit being no knock on the door during a session and getting a good quiet night's sleep. Also flashing the key card allowed me free entrance to HK, and so I roamed quite a bit checking out Adelitas, Chavelas, and Tropical many times.
HK was the usual party atmosphere and for this reason alone, aside from the $1 tacos in the corner, I had a good time. This place is hands down the best strip bar compared to the states. You get the most mileage for the least amount of money, and the acrobatic talent some of these strippers have are as good if not better than the USA counterpart. The lesbo shaving cream show is becoming a bit over-rated.
HK did not have many 9's or 10's Friday night, and the mostly 7's that were there didn't catch my eye to take to the room, which was a first for me. But I made the best of it with the $1 tips and all the touching I wanted, along with tits and ass on my face.
I couldn't find Tomjackin as we planned on meeting there, so I decided for plan B, Chavelas, which has never failed me in the past with finding gems. I approached three different chicas, and during the ficha interview none of them passed my particular tastes. So on to Adelitas and although the place was packed, the one that caught my eye was already having drinks with a guy. Tropical didn't have any gems this time. The alley was disappointing. So was my routine for the night. Hitting all the places and the obligatory taco stand (in the left corner as you exit the front of HK) , until the late hours of the night.
Saturday before checking out at 1pm, HK was starting the party atmosphere and I spotted several 9's. But the WTF they all wanted $80! Negotiation didn't help, even buying one a ficha drink didn't help. Now, I thought about giving in as these were some gorgeous women, but then realized I would not out of principle. We have the money and need to stand firm on this otherwise all the chicas will start asking for $80, and then more after. If these chicas won't take the usual $60, then on to others who will. So finally settled on a 7 face but a 9 body for $40 with a condition if I really liked her I would give her a $10 tip.
As I left for the border, I had a smile on my face. I really did like that session.
Jakarta. As a fellow asian myself, I feel compelled to provide some words of caution, the newbies (both in terms of age, or just length of involvement in this hobby) , rely on "old farts" like TomJackin' and JoeArturo (whom I have had the pleasure of hanging out with and shown the ropes and share stories with, just for full disclosure) , we may not agree with everything the guys have to share, we sure as hell can listen to some friendly advice every once in a while from people who has no ulterior motive but to make sure that newbies stay alive and well down there, and also, don't fuck up at others' expense.
(I myself, have made random acquaintances down there, whose only motivation is to take full advantage of my wallet, 'nuff said)
That being said, you may not realize, but this little incident can cause unnecessary attention for asians who travel alone down there (and who does not look like an "old fart"). Not to say that someone is going to go out there to look for you, but one can't wonder if a lone asian down there will get that dirty look from fellow mongers.
I hope your ego does not get in the way of accepting that the last few posts from fellow members are intended to provide you with some perspective and some real wisdom, though this forum is virtual, the guys who regularly posts are really the ones who will end up looking after each other.

He gave me a stuttering "senor, no senor, por favor, cuidate, muy peligroso". I walked once about a month ago around 3pm, and it felt fine, it seemed fine, but the fact that a local warned me against it, makes me think twice again (Though, he might just be looking out for the taxi biz.) , personally, I could not help but look over my shoulder every once in a while even during broad daylight, I won't consider evening walk though, especially since I have seen policias parked there with flashing lights 7 out of 10 times I have passed by in a taxi.

But I always take a taxi after dark now days and Of course hes gong to tell you its a bad idea as they don't want to lose your business.
