Tickets are bought for next February, I've been watching a lot of recent passport bro videos to prepare and got access to the Prepago Google Map. The guy who created the map suggest I stat at Hotel Nutibara cause there literally plenty of spots to see workers but on here says it's not the best place to stay.
Theres an apartment near Parque de Bolvar I saw within my budget that I was considering staying and according to his map, El centro is only a 8 minute car ride, so can't go wrong there. Any advice on where to stay along with anything else? I'm ok with my beginner Spanish but I'm taking virtual classes up until the trip to improve my comprehension and fluency. I already know about how not to stick out, and how to be aware with my surroundings and not to bring the chicks to my room (that's my safe house) so no problem there, but any advice I'd appreciate it.
First timer should go with Nutibara if considering doing El Centro. First timer with beginner Spanish might not want El Centro depending on the size of the cojones. But staying in Nutibara, you would want to bring the hookers there. That's kind of the point of staying there. At least to me. And things can definitely go wrong in an apartment near Parque Bolvar.
That is what I'm talking about. You tell them Gabacho. Your experience aligns with mine here in Colombia and the ones I have had all over the world. Professional tricks get it twisted when it comes to regular girls. They think that giving ANY kind of financial assistance makes a girl a prostitute. Thank you for posting a clear real life "boots on the ground" example of how that is not the case. Educate them brother!
I think that trying to distinguish between "professional" and "regular" is what is not useful. Or whether she is a prostitute or not. I think most of us do not see it as a moral issue, and whether she is a single mom just looking for a bit of help to get by, or a sexually active woman who thinks that she might as well make some money having sex, or a full time prostitute it really doesn't matter. The risks are probably not all that different. Some of the more business like ones may take better care of their health, for example. Anyway most of us here are looking to pay or accepting that we will be paying for these relationships, whether once for a short time, or repeatedly.
The step between that and getting into a real relationship is the real risky one.

I highly suggest you stay at the Nutibara instead.
Biggest load of crap I've ever heard here on ISG.
I was just doing my weekly grocery shopping at D1 and as I was pricing the frozen entremuslos de pollo I heard "holaaa holaaa. " I looked up from the freezer and standing there was one of my paisa barrio chicas I've been fucking since August.
She came up to me and asked me "como esta" and gave me a big as hug in front of everyone and then called her mother to come and she even introduced me to her mother.
And she is not a hooker by any means, granted I help her out with 100 Lukas each time she fuxks me raw, but she is not in Botero or Poblado standing around looking for customers. She isn't on mil eroticos or photoprepagos or seeking or any of that shit either.
She is a single stay at home mother who lives with her own mother. And she says that the little bit of money that I give her helps her out more with buying diapers and food for her son than the help she gets from the child's father, which is basically nothing from what I understand.
Keep telling yourself she isn't a hooker even tho you admitted you paid her. " I gave her money for diapers and food" blah blah. LOL.

There are no winners of these games of semantics.

Those apartment buildings around the park have liberal Airbnb policies, the administration committees don't enforce the government registration rules. That's why there are so many affordable apartments on offer. I saw an apartment that wasn't bad at all. The area is no more dicey than Nutibara and Plaza Botero during daylight hours but at night I am with you 100%. Your survival prospects are better around the Nutibara at night for sure.
There are no winners of these games of semantics.
I can say I never paid a hooker with his thinking because the money I gave them went for rent, food, gas, and kids. Of course it did. That's why they hook. I stand by my statement that a attractive 8 or 9 that never receives money for sex won't be caught dead with a obvious American who can't speak Spanish.

I'm going for my first visit very soon, and I would happily share anything of value that I learn during my trip. Thanks in advance!

Would you guys recommend booking through a third party site? Also, is Nutibara guest friendl?, haven't found a solid answer, it's always been discouraged to bring girls back to your spot, is Nutiara different that girls have to come down with you after the session in order to leave?
Lastly, everyone talks about the taking the bus to the hotel from the airport, besides Uber, anyone have any recommendations besides the taxis that rip you off?
Lastly, everyone talks about the taking the bus to the hotel from the airport, besides Uber, anyone have any recommendations besides the taxis that rip you off?
If you take the bus, be sure to ask if it goes to El Centro. They have two routes, one goes to El Centro, one to San Diego. The trip will take a little longer on the bus, but you only pay 14,000. The seats are fairly comfortable. Make sure you have COP to pay the bus driver. They don't take foreign currency.

The bus that ends it route behind the Nutibara hotel takes up to 30 minutes longer than the bus that ends it route in San Diego. If you are on a short visit you may be better off taking the San Diego route because it leaves the airport more frequently than the Centro bus and as I mentioned it arrives in San Diego faster. The downside is you have to get off in San Diego and jump into a taxi to get to the Nutibara. If you are not staying at the Nutibara or someplace very near it you should consider going the San Diego route.
