I was there at around 9pm and first walked past the entrance because it was so friggin' dark.

While I was there I did not bump into any other customer. It was dead silent with only the ajumas sitting in their little tents heating their butts or sleeping (It felt like being in a refugee camp!). The other day I went to a barbershop a few blocks north from "Cool." I was thinking of going to COOL but didn't because I wanted full service. So I walked up the street and found a barbershop with a spinning sign saying "hyugetel" in hangul.

I find part of the fun about hyugetels is trying out a bunch of them. I can never remember where anything is in this country because everything looks the same. But I can at least recommend a few areas to look around. The thing about barbershops is the price: less than 90 means you're at a jackshack, over 90 means you're at a fullservice hyugetel.
