Mongering is difficult wherever you are in Sri Lanka because prostitution is illegal. Colombo is relatively okay because the Police are somewhat more liberal compared to Kandy or Negombo. There may be some action in Southern towns like Hikkaduwa and Unawatuna. The staff at the hotel where you are staying should give some pointers. I once stopped at a beach-side place near Alutgama where there was an Ayurveda massage joint. I noticed two pretty girls, fully-clothed, who were sitting at the edge of the sea and enjoying the waves. I think they were the girls working at the Ayurveda place. I could not explore further as I was with relatives. The manager of the place was also not encouraging. I think he preferred foreign tourists.

I was driving to Katunayake on a project. At Wattala, just past Toyota Co. there was a slight traffic holdup. Even if she does get caught, she may oblige them with a BJ, and get off.

My advise to all friends, is keep your car doors locked when driving!

Thanks for the warning, It is better to keep all your car doors locked anywhere in Sri Lanka, but especially in Colombo and suburbs. There are many women in dire economic straits due to the closure of garment factories, and more of this kind of incident is likely. Was this woman a good-looker? Would a BJ for 2000 from her have been worthwhile? Was this after dark?

Sorry, I misinterpreted the abbreviation "HP". It is Horton Place, Cinnamon Gardens (Colombo 7), the poshest area of Colombo. There is nothing happening in Havelock Park as far as I am aware.
