Few trips to both spas in the M garden hotel I mentioned, seem to cater to locals, girls claim no FS and have pretty high rates for extras, a little open to negotiate, but not much but you're likely looking at 5 reds for B2B.
The one inside the hotel has much better looking girls but all of them are mechanical and really not that fun, no GFE for example.
The one outside seems to be for the be-team, girls are little friendlier and a little cheaper for extras, but also claim no FS.

One of the Thais told me about an "Arabic lounge" (has a pool, entrance is across from the spa in the hotel. Name is 'night' in common European language) that has some events, so I checked it out, some good looking euros but too many locals with deep pockets to get any VFM at a 2:1 ratio, ill try the expat focused Irish bar on the ground floor next time.
