What Country has the Best Women for STR?

Planning a blowout week with a friend before he gets married, and trying to work out where to do it. Been to Brazil, Thailand, Philippines, and a few other places with ok scenes, but wanted to ask advice if there was anywhere as good in Europe / Central Asia, where the scene was similar?

I know everyone raves about Spain and Germany right now, but the sauna clubs aren't totally my scene, I prefer being able to walk into a bar (even if its a gogo bar) , have a few drinks, and then basically point to a girl and take her back to the hotel. Brazil and South East Asia do this very well.

Is there anything comparable in Europe / Central Asia?

This time I had succeeded to limit two different options.

Beirut / Lebanon.

Adv.

1) Most of them english speakers.

2) Close culture. I am Turkish and have dark skin.

3) Better facilities.

4) Beach and sun.

Disadv.

1) Expensive.

2) Safety.

3) Conservative culture.

Crimea / Ukraine.

1) Low percentage of english speakers.

2) Very beatiful women.

3) Cheaper.

Disadv.

1) Bad facilities.

2) Language barrier. (&305; can't speak Russian)

I am expecting your comments and advices.

Is there anyone here has been in both of them?

I have known a few very beautiful Lebanese girls when I was in undergraduate school.

I think Christian Lebanese have more Westernized values and attitudes. They are more honest and open in relationships.

I think there is still lots of personal enmity and serious discrimination between Christians and Muslims in personal relationships.

In the past few days, I have read TWO articles in the media about the woeful state of prostitution these days. One article talked about FKKs in Germany. Henry I had arrived Evpatoria today. The place is full of women. Very crowded. I didn't see Odessa so I can't make a comparison but for freebies issue especially if you can speak Russian you have better chance here I think compared to Kiev and Kharkov.
