Out of Mozilla firefox, the Map markers were imbedded in black squares on my laptop. Here is a sample Map print just 2 Pages to an adobe PDF.Alternatively could save the ouput and print individual selected pages (ranges) to a real printer.

For me, if I take some shots at MP at the day and not perform fully or normal at night the TGF starts questions, and when she's out of town and leaves me alone I like to try to maximize my opportunities with others, for experimental and educational purposes only of course.
